Got picked up happy with service love my new car ansar was very helpful

I went to click car credit in Crawley and saw Lynette from the Gatwick branch. From the first phone call the service was outstanding. Credit was sorted quickly without any of the usual 'we might be able to but it will cost you this amount'. I drove away with a fantastic car at a price I can afford and Lynette explained everything without once being pushy something from previous pushy salespeople I hate. I am over the moon to finally be back owning a car and can't recommend Lynette in particular more highly.

This started great in the beginning.
Spoke to girl name Courtney who was amazing on the phone and was quick to give me call back saying that I have been accepted for car finance with one of the companies. Told me that I can get down and choose the car. As I wasn't in Milton Keynes that time she personally came to pick me and my other half to Nottingham.
She done everything right - built a great rapport with us and dealt with paperwork. I couldn't get initial credit as being ill off work and getting sick pay didn't do great job, however she did come up with some solutions for me.
I got offered 5cars I could choose from, however I said no to one of them straight away as didn't like it. Three of them were in different locations - x2 near Manchester and x1 near Gatwick, we rolled out two cars near Manchester as again I didn't like them by looking at the photos on her phone. The one they had in Gatwick she say they do have similar in garage and I could see the fifth car as well as it wasn't in the showroom as being serviced. So we made our trip to garage and looked at the cars - in my head I already did role out Gatwick car, but I did start to like the car they had in garage in Milton Keynes. So I asked her if I chose that car, could I drive it today and the answer was yes.
We made our way back to the office (building in the warehouse estate), I asked Courtney if she could give us five minutes to think about it as I wanted talk to my other half and know his honest opinion (he has been messing around all day and making jokes).
Here things got interesting..... After talking to him I did decided that I would like to go for the car they had in MK (it wasn't what I wanted, however can't complain being my first car ever), next thing I know we have branch manager coming in and being very pushy and rude. Saying (very loud almost shouting)that we need to work with her and I quote -"are you gonna do this or not? We went to pick you up 150miles!" she also mentioned that we made Courtney cry - I do apologise for that as there was never ever a reason or way we could have made her cry apart from her not getting the sale from me.
Hmm, at this point my other half who is very protective off me and started arguing back. Please be aware that at this point I still don't know the cost of actual car, mileage on the car, none of the details and not even including how much car will cost me a month!!! So stopped both of them arguing and asked to find out how much the two cars would cost me (1 in gatwick and 1 in MK).
Manager storms off and comes back with prices written on the piece of paper with red marker (same paper where they wrote my requirements) and Courtney is there with her as well. When I saw the prices I got a bit confused as they both said I require deposit, however in the initial conversation when I got shown pictures of the cars on the phone or seen them in garage I was told no deposit is required. I did mentioned that to manager and she said - fine, we will take it off. Also, I asked so if I do ahead and take the car in MK I can drive off today and then I'm being told different information again - no you can't until tomorrow.
My other half and manager start exchanging words again. I won't repeat them however at this time I have lost all the trust in this company and I don't want to have any car anymore. However your branch manager does me a favour and says - we won't give you finance.

Me and my other half both work in sales and with customer service. If you think this branch manager is great representative of your company, I am really disappointed. She could be a great example of how NOT to treat your customers and I do believe she needs a training in customer service urgently!

You want your customers to feel great when coming in your office, however everyone seemed miserable there (customers and staff). It should be exciting time someone getting a car - doesn't matter if it's a first car or just something new! Experience in your Milton Keynes branch has definitely left a sour taste in my mouth and has put me off ever returning to your company.

I actually got a phone call two weeks after my visit from your MK branch, safe to say I ignored the phone call. My first visit was on 30/09/16 and I received phone call on 15/10/16.

I'm looking forward to your reply to my experience as I think it would be good to know your thoughts.

Great place. Tamas was very tentative to our requirements, he asked what we wanted and explained the whole process. They were friendly and happy we had our children with us. Sometimes it can be hard to look for a car with children. We drove away within 3 hrs with our new vehicle.

All members of staff that dealt with us were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to people. Very happy with the customer service that we received today. Thank you :)

Had a bit of trouble at first the finance company we orriganly went with pulled out so we had to return to the Milton Keynes branch to resign paper work. That took a while to process and to get signed but got there in the end. Michelle was very helpful. Courtney a member of the sales team was excellent she stayed after her working hours to go through the paper work, she was very chatty and made us laugh after a very long day. Michelle and Courtney from the Milton Keynes branch made our day that little bit easier.

Arron was amazing. He was very clear polite and helpful and patient. His customer service ability was above and beyond standard. I had lost faith and trust in car dealers however arron has restored that.

Brilliant service , courtenay was very good from the first telephone conversation I had with her she as been there through the whole journey. Thanks Courtenay for getting me my first car finance!!. I was not happy that they did not have any driver to deliver my car, and I had to come back again from Romford to pick my car up.
