Great Service
Ordered a chainsaw, best price online and one of the few suppliers that posts to Northern Ireland.
Great, tracked delivery via DHL. “Mystery gift” received on its own as the chainsaw is dispatched separately, directly from the manufacturer. I contacted Cleanstore as I was concerned the chainsaw had been lost by the courier, but they confirmed the above on the phone and were very polite.

Awful
Ordered a chainsaw with a scheduled delivery of 2-3 days Waited for 5 days and then got an email saying order was cancelled. Still waiting refund!!

Unfortunately Hyundai advised they are currently experiencing an error with their internal stock system, with the system showing stock against products they do not have available.
As our system has a live stock link to the Hyundai's system this resulted in you being able to order a machine that was not in stock, & your order that was due to be shipped directly from Hyundai not being dispatched.
Following receipt of your order on 3rd February on a 2-3 working day leadtime, we queried the dispatch with Hyundai on 5th February as we had yet to receive tracking information for you. On 6th February we were advised of a possible issue, & following confirmation of the problem / Hyundai's inability to fulfil the order on 7th February, we contacted you via email to apologise & confirm a full refund had been processed.
We apologise for any inconvenience this unforeseen issue has caused & the obvious frustration at not having received the product you had purchased.

Ava P60 Master pressure washer
After finding that Cleanstore had the pressure washer I was looking for and were the cheapest online, I decided to purchase my AVA pressure washer. It said it was refurbished but when I received it it looked brand new to me. Having just tried it for the first time, I’m so impressed with it , I will not hesitate to use Cleanstore in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

Nilfisk 200 pressure washer…
Purchased a Nilfisk 200 pressure washer from Cleanstore. Product was in stock and delivered quickly by DHL. Arrived in perfect condition despite its weight. Looks like Cleanstore have all the accessories I’ll ever need, so overall, very pleased with service.

Cleanstore had in stock some difficult to track down Karcher accessories. The prices were reasonable, the ordering process simple and the delivery was quite fast. Good communication throughout.

Very poor customer service
Ordered and paid for Einhell scarifier, received e-mail to say I would be notified when dispatched. No further contact, check my order online to find it was on back order, requested delivery update, received phone call to advise me Einhell had stopped production and a refund was on its way. Phone call did not seem correct, contacted Einhell who confirmed the scarifier was still in production. Received my refund from Cleanstore.
Why adverstise goods that are not in stock or on an accepted factory order.
Noticed the site offers UK delivery for orders over £100, on another page it states some orders over £100 may qualify for free delivery. Not very professional. Maybe I did not qualify for free delivery?
Feel like I have been conned, a firm I cannot trust or recommend and will never use again.

We received your order for the Einhell scarifier on 2nd January, which was not in stock at the time of ordering & was advertised with an approximate 10 day leadtime. Stock was ordered on 3rd January from Einhell UK.
On 7th January we received an advisement from Einhell UK that the machine you had ordered had been discontinued & as such they would be unable to fulfil our stock order. Following this email we contacted you immediately by both phone & email, offering our apologies for the inconvenience & confirming your order had been refunded in full. We have again confirmed the discontinuation of the machine with Einhell this morning, & they have confirmed again it is no longer in production.
We offer free delivery on orders over £50.00 inc VAT to most UK addresses. You did not pay a delivery charge in relation to this purchase.
We appreciate your frustration & apologise again for the obvious inconvenience of ordering a machine that is then found to have been discontinued. We do however strongly refute any claims of a 'con' - we have contacted you within 3 working days of receiving the order & credited the order as soon as we were advised the product was no longer available.
If we can be of any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.

Excellent after-sales service
I bought a refurbished AVA pressure washer from Cleanstore which arrive quickly and turned out to be an upgraded model from the one I ordered. It seemed in excellent condition but unfortunately when I used it for the first time, the hose leaked. I am giving 5 stars to Cleanstore because of the service I received after phoning them. The phone was promptly answered and the person who dealt with my complaint was clear, efficient and concise. I had already taken a photo and video of the fault so I just emailed them to Cleanstore who were very quick to send a replacement hose. All done in four days and in the week before Christmas too.

Ordered a refurbished B grade Ava p60…
Ordered a refurbished B grade Ava p60 large Bundle .
Arrived within 24 hours via DHL packaged very securely not in the original box which didn't matter.
All the accessories included as well as a free gift of some tyre/plastic trim dressing.
Tested the machine in perfect working order and didn't disappoint superb machine very powerful and so easy to pack away when finished . There's a holder for all the attachments , the hose retracts with no kinks when in use . Cleaned our 2 cars on my drive in half the time it would of took with my old machine .
Great service well done Cleanstore .

Great Online Shopping Experience
Purchased a refurbished pressure washer which was well-priced and then even better with a Black Friday reduction. Delivery was very quick and everything was well packaged. Had an issue with a missing accessory but customer service were great and I received the missing item within a couple of days and in fact received an upgraded version which was a bonus.

Exceptional Service…
I recently ordered a refurbished AVA P60 Evolution from Cleanstore.
The unit was in excellent condition, I doubt it had been used at all.
Unfortunately one part was missing from the pressure washer after unpacking.
I got straight into the phone to Cleanstore to explain what was missing from my delivery and the gentleman dealt with it and sorted out a replacement whilst still on the phone.
My replacement part was with me the following day, "now that's what I call service".
I've since ordered more items from Cleanstore as I am very happy with their service.

Cleanstore delivered, though DHL were muddled
Cleanstore were able to provide an in-stock but recently discontinued SDS+power drill at a good price. Same day (Thursday) email confirmation of my order. Email indicating dispatch via DHL on Monday. Despite muddled DHL delivery & rescheduling messages it arrived on Thursday - a week after ordering - which was fine by me, especially as the drill worked very well :-)
