Very professional service, I ordered some chemicals for my business, they send everything in time, strong support and make me happy in the end! My recommendation!

I ordered a Karcher HD pressure washer from cleanstore, they used DHL to deliver.

It arrived nice and early on Saturday morning, I was eager to get going and immediately realized that the machine was damaged, the bottom right corner of the plastic cover was broken. The box only had a small crush mark on it.

I immediately sent pictures via email to Cleanstore.

This morning Monday 31/03/2025 I did not receive any response from Cleanstore, so I called them at 10h00.

The lady said they can arrange a collection and once they have the unit back they will send a new machine or refund.

This is not nice, I paid last week and I was sent a broken unit surely you can send a new one when you collect the damaged one.

It is funny how I had to trust you with my money but you think I might not return the damaged unit.

The unfortunate situation leaves me in is, I will not have a pressure washer nor my money before the weekend, and that means the work needed to be completed will wait for another week.

I believe there's better ways to deal with such issues.

Not just reject a customer.

Oh well I will have to take all the accessories I bought back and buy a different pressure washer.

Your response is weak, look after your customers. Don't do anything special just do what a good retailer should do.

You took my money supplied a defective unit, granted it was not on purpose but why should I get the short end of the stick?

If i didn't call you I would still be waiting for a response.

I bought a patio cleaner attachment for my AVA pressure washer from Clean store uk. They sent me a damaged and dirty refurbished item. I contacted them and they told me they made a mistake. Since then I have had no feedback from them. They said they would send me a new one, as this is what I paid for but as to date I have had neither communication nor replacement patio cleaner.

Would absolutely recommend this company. Fast delivery, and excellent customer service. A small issue was solved promptly which enhanced their excellent customer service.

I should have really written two reviews one for ref CS department one for the Service centre……

Had a issue with a AVA Pressure Washer- Contacted CS who sent me a link to AVA’s troubleshooting guide and request a repair page, did all the necessary bits then waited for 14 days, no reply…… contacted CS again to be told be quite consistently that I had to deal with AVA and not them and that my contract was with the Manufacturer, she even quoted the Consumer Rights act 2015, she had studied it College in great depth and knew what she was talking about apparently, I won’t quote her name but Management know who I am referring to. Long story short I received a call a the next morning from Kieron, he apologised profusely and promised to get it dealt with.

Richard from the service centre emailed straight away, promised a call a little later, did as he said, what a difference in manner, very friendly and straight to the point, dealt with the issue in a professional way. I couldn’t have asked for more.

I can never understand why some people in the CS environment can be so obstructive, I suppose some people simply just shouldn’t be in the industry they are.

One again thanks to Kieron and 100% Richard, companies need more people like yourselves, perhaps some of your frontline staff should have a few training sessions with you both…….

Super customer service from Cleanstore! My Ava pressure washer came with a cracked foam cannon bottle (Ava's fault - poorly packed box) and Richard sorted me out very quickly with an entirely new, like for like replacement foam cannon. The order itself was already on sale and came with a ton of free bits and pieces, so yeah really good experience.

I purchased a karcher detergent pouch from this company. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was quick and simple. The price was exceptional and no other site could match their price. Although I did have an issue with the courier service regarding delivery after contacting Cleanstore they immediately answered my email and forwarded a replacement by a different courier. Fast forward into a new month and my original parcel was finally located by the couriers and forwarded to me.i contacted Cleanstore who advised to keep the parcel even though I was willing to pay! That’s excellent customer service is it not! I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Bought pressure washer on Friday online and paid for delivery on Saturday. DHL messed up and I didn't get my delivery. Called them on Monday got my money back for Saturday delivery and they sort it out and DHL deliver next day . Great customer service will be buying from them again Thanks Cleanstore

Easy to order and clearly an original part, the only negative is delivery took a little longer than expected.
