Clair de Lune Arvostelua 

I ordered items & paid in full on 11th march after weeks of waiting & several emails enquirwhere my order was I’m still waiting for my order. Finally I got a response telling me I would have my order by 27th April & im still waiting, after another several emails I then got another response finally on 6th may saying they would chase my order & get back to me the same day with 1 hour & I’ve still not heard anything back from them. This has got to be the worst customer service ever. Unfortunately I can’t cancel the order because it’s too near the baby’s due date. Shopping with this company was a big mistake! I wouldn’t shop with them again. I just hope when I do eventually receive my order that it’s correct & up to standard for my new baby. A lovely experience has been ruined!!

I absolutely LOVE this brand! I was gifted the star blanket for my baby and absolutely fell in love with it! It’s so easy to get on and to keep my baby warm as she hated getting on any big snowsuits or jackets. I the found out they do a summer version so bought this as soon as I herd! They sent me the wrong item, and were rapid in replying to my emails about this and even faster at sorting out this mistake for me! And I had it corrected and Delivered the next day! Absolutely amazing products & customer service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I will be continuing to use there items!

I am so impressed with the customer service at Clair de Lune. I reached out because I was struggling to assemble my Moses basket stand and was confused about the parts. The support team (a special shout-out to Rebecca and Robyn!) responded quickly, clarified exactly how the parts should be used, and even went above and beyond by sending me the spare parts as it was missing.

It is rare to find such helpful and attentive service these days. They made a stressful setup much easier, and I now feel completely confident using the product for my baby. Thank you, Clair de Lune, for the great support!

Ordered a moses basket and stand from claire de lune, after a few days I emailed as I was unsure about when it would be delivered as there wasn't a tracking number, very quickly I was emailed back with delivery tracking number, today it arrived. Very pleased with the moses basket and stand and the extras 😃 😊 also yodels delivery. Thank you

Really happy with the service I received. There was a minor issue with my order (received wrong item) but it was very quickly rectified. The communication and customer service was top notch. Will definitely be order again as I love the products I ordered!

Even though there was an initial issue with one of the products, Clair de Lune were very swift to rectify it and sent out another very quickly. They responded very quickly via email & I love the quality of the products too (the baby wraps- fleece & cotton).

The customer service from this company has been exceptional, I would recommend them to anybody.

Item sent in wrong colour but very quick response and resolution from helpful customer services team

One if the items i recieved was incorrect, however, customer service truly assisted me and even told me to keep the incorrect item and they will send the correct one to my house. Greatly appreciate your support and quick replies! I would definitely recommend Clair de lune!

Easy to order, quick response to query and very polite communication

There was difficulty with my order due to the courier service, but the customer service I had from Clair De Lune was great. When I received my package everything was exactly as expected.

Great experience. I contacted customer service to ask if they sold some spare parts for our moses basket stand, which admittedly I expected to have to buy a whole new stand for. Rebecca was very friendly and helpful and offered to send us the spare parts free of charge. Would definitely recommend this company.

I received excellent customer service from Clair de Lune. I ordered a cot-top changing tray, but when assembling it, the allen key and screws were defective and got stuck in one of the wooden parts. I contacted Clair de Lune for a replacement part, and they went above and beyond by sending me a brand-new product without needing me to return the faulty one. The replacement arrived within a couple of days, and the staff were friendly and very responsive. Since then, I’ve purchased additional items from them, including a pram mattress protector and sheets, and have been just as impressed. Highly recommended!

Customer service have been very helpful in resolving queries I had about my moses basket and stand, including sending out new screws for the canopy / hood for the moses basket. Thank you to Robyn in particular.
