I have been shopping with this company since 2016. I don't know what happened, but the sizing is actually inconsistent now, but more importantly, the fabrics are junk. I could get better quality and sizing at Old Navy.... Which is also terrible. City Chic really messed up....

I don't know what happened over the last couple of years but CityChic sucks now. The sizing is OFF, the quality is terrible. Did they stop using a 2X fitmodel? Everything is just off with ALL of the things I ordered. I'm a pretty standard 2X, like across ALL brands. I just bought like seven things from them and they all fit terribly, and the materials are so janky now. I am so disappointed, and because I bought them on sale I cannot return the items. It's all just really disappointing and honestly I used to LOVE CityChic!! Get right CityChic, get right!

Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company! I bought a dress over a week ago and paid $7.95 for shipping. The dress came defective and was missing the slip from under it, so it was see through!
I reached out to CityChic the same day to send them pictures and get a replacement, but they said it has to be reviewed by their escalation team. The next day, I follow up and it had to be escalated again. After a third time, I asked for a refund because the dress would not get to me in time for my baby shower and that had to be reviewed too. Asked to speak with a manager and was told someone would contact me, but they never did.
Beware of their reviews too. I tried posting so this wouldn't happen to someone else, and they delete bad reviews from their products.

The quality of the garments have significantly decreased over the years. I have dresses in my closet 5 years ago that look brand new, vs the order I just purchase feel very cheap. I would absolutely pay more money to have the quality back.
