City Accommodations RE Limited Arvostelua

I arranged and had a viewing with David Olmos. He was lovely and friendly and very helpful and responsive.

Carmari Spitelari, a member of staff of this agency, entered my room without permission after his colleague provided notice to my email inbox less than 20 minutes before his entry.

While I was having an important and secure video meeting in my room, after I had made it clear, not now, you can't come in, and it was refused.

I then asked him to come back later, and it was refused.

He then proceeded to barge into my room, and while I had to stand up and defend myself, interrupted the meeting, while embarrassingly, everyone on the other side witnessed the whole unfortunate and surreal situation.

I have tried to defend my right, and after attempts to discuss with him politely for him to wait, he has refused everything, and barged into my room anyway!

Now I have resorted to asking him to leave, and he refused to leave!

This member of staff has behaved as if there are no laws or regulations in this country, and no personal freedom or space, I have since reported him to the police, Case Number: CHS 27906/28MAY24

Watch out for yourself and do not take up any properties from this agency.

So far so good. I got in contact with Amber for a room in London via Spareroom. Our viewing for the first room didn’t go well because I didn’t like the room. Instead of forgetting me, Amber reached out to me asking for my expectation and recommended an excellent room that matches all my requirements and I ended up booking it. I am so grateful for her effort

The booking process was fairly quick and easy. Nothing to complain

London rental market is horrible but Amber is exceptional. One of a few agents that actually showed up for viewing on time and the rooms do look like the advertising pictures. Highly recommend!!

I was sent out from the room I rent after less then 2 weeks. I need to leave by the end of this month (05/2024), which means I need to find a new room from scratch, spend more money, move all my things, in the middle of a Master, where I have to study a LOT!
Avoid it, if possible !

Amber has been very helpful throughout the process of viewings and application, always quick to answer questions and very friendly! Thank you Amber

Julian is friendly, helpful, super organized and efficient! my experience with booking was so easy and quick. he sorted everything out so efficiently and it eased any anxiety I had.
thank you so much Julian!

Very helpful team, especially Amber who was very quick to reply and get everything sorted.
Thorough checks and kept up to date the whole way through the process.

Hello I’m a professional who just moved from France to the UK for work. The agency was quick to process my case and was very responsive on emails. I got in touch through Spareroom to an agent called Amber who was lovely.

She was 30min early at the visit so we were even able to start the tour a bit earlier than expected which was perfect. She explained me very well all the details about the appartement and remained available even during my process with the agency for any questions I had (very quick to answer as well).

I don’t have anything to complain as of now, the agency allowed me to have a foreign guarantor which helped a lot as I had never rented anything in London.

I had the pleasure of working with Amber as my letting negotiator, and I couldn't be happier with the service she provided. From the moment I contacted her, she was incredibly responsive and attentive to my needs. Amber went above and beyond to ensure that I found the flat that suits my needs quickly and efficiently. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine desire to help were evident throughout the entire process. Thanks to Amber's dedication and hard work, I'm now settled into a great new flat with friendly flatmates. I highly recommend her to anyone in search of a letting negotiator who truly cares about their clients' satisfaction

Although I ended up finding a different property, Amber was very helpful and accommodating.

Answered all my queries in a timely manner and provided amazing customer service.

Will definitely go to her when I’ll be looking for a different property!

Amber was majestic, always in contact to provide help, very professional and friendly, and absolutely lovely person. Could not get any better!

Great Experience, if Amber is your agent then you are in safe hands!

Oksana is a powerhouse in the real estate world , her efficiency knowledge and quickness is unmatched. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a seemless customer journey.

Okszana was lovely! Was very informative about the house and professional.

So grateful to Julian who was very helpful today. He was so approachable and was able to provide me all the necessary information I needed. The tour was great. I can't wait to move in to South Kensington.

Julian was excellent he showed me the room and it was exactly as in the pictures

Julian was extremely helpful! Everything went smoothly, he showed me around the place virtually and helped me understand everything!

Julian Jofre is the best agent I have deal with so far, thank you!

The agent I was in contact with, Julian Jofre, was very helpful and responsive. He helped me through any questions I had about the property I enquired in and walked me through the renting process. Even after moving in, he is still extremely helpful!
