City Accommodations RE Limited Arvostelua

David helped me to secure a room and move in even though I had a very tight time frame. Very helpful, communicative and guided me through the process.

Extremely bad service. Try to avoid as much as possible.

Yash helped me with booking this place. Quick and efficiently. Helped me communicate between rental company and agent. Easy as.

My brother rented a room with this agency, and it was terrible. Not only the contractual terms they offer are extremely limiting but the state of the room and the house was really unliveable. We fund the room completely dirty, with hairs everywhere (in the shower, the carpet floor, the bed), toothpaste still on the sink, sticky surfaces, even some blood stains in the bedsheets...It was really disgusting! The kitchen was in the same state, really disgusting! We contacted the emergency service to get an explanation, they claimed not to be responsible for how the rooms are left and delivered (which is crazy since they are a property manager), we were then first promised a refund for cleaning expense and after completely ignored. After we hired the cleaning company we were told that they were going to reimburse us only around 20 pounds, which is very little for a cleaning in London. The leasing agent even had the courage to ask for a good review in exchange for a potential reimbursement of the rest of the money we spent on cleaning...The sink was clogged and as of today 1 month from the move in date they have not fixed anything. Overall, they really don't care about anything once you send them the money, leasing with this agency is absolutely not worth all the money they charge

Yash was very helpful and made the moving process easy for me. He helped me find a suitable/convenient place in a short amount of time. He was easy to communicate with, ready to answer any of my concerns and followed up with me. 100% recommend :)

City RE Accommodations over the years has been indulging in the act of cooking up fraudulent claims against former tenants that are moving out of the apartments they manage in-order to steal out of their refundable deposits. I am a victim of this dubious scheme and unfortunately I have also come across a lot other innocent people that they have suffered from this scam.
DO NOT RENT APARTMENTS FROM CITY RE ACCOMMODATIONS.

The company was straightforward to talk to, the room I was looking for was already rented and they offered me different options. David Olmos showed me a room on-site and we easily and rapidly closed the rent deal, not only by showing it but also through all the steps of the renting.

Houcine was very friendly and helpful agent. He helped me a lot searching a flat. He was very considerate and easy to communicate. Thank you!!

David was brilliant helping me rent a place. He was at hand to help with everything and is very understanding of every situation. I highly recommend this agency and David for help with renting. Really happy with the service.

I had an amazing experience working with Yash at City Accommodations to find my accommodation in London. From the very first interaction, he demonstrated professionalism, excellent communication, and a genuine understanding of what I was looking for.

He guided me through the entire process with clarity and patience, helping me navigate the complexities of the London rental market with ease. The entire experience was stress-free thanks to his attention to detail and prompt responses to any questions I had.

Yash ensured everything from viewing to paperwork was handled smoothly and efficiently, and I really appreciated the level of support provided.

I highly recommend Yash and City Accommodations to anyone looking for a property in London. Their professionalism, local knowledge, and friendly approach made all the difference!

My agent Yash was really nice, organized the viewing in the best possible quality, answered all the questions carefully.

I also really liked that the company provides 360 photos before viewing, it is convenient, I have not seen this option with other companies before.

Another huge plus for this company is that they are open to a foreign guarantor, however, this creates difficulties. I think the admin team is either too busy or a little programmed. The processing time of the documents took too long, to be honest, due to the indirect conversion of documents from abroad. But the admin team still did not answer questions, sending programmed messages over and over.

Overall, the service before checking references is really excellent, I would even say the best I have seen in London so far, but the admin team, I think, could be better. I can’t say about the maintenance of the property yet, but one of the tenants has been living here for 3 years and said that everything is fine

Houcine was a great help! Talked me through everything and followed up to offer help should I ever need it. :)

Truly great experience with Julian who acted as letting agent. Thanks a lot for the smooth process, swift responses, and willingness to go the extra mile.

Julian provided professional service, making the entire process convenient and efficient. He has a great understanding of the market, patiently answered all my questions, and helped me quickly find the ideal property. I’m very satisfied with his work and would highly recommend him to anyone in need!

Julian Jofre - Top man and very helpful even though our situation was a bit difficult (due to no fault of his)! Recommend him fully!

I was introduced to the company's services by an agent named Julian. He helped me find a suitable place and ensured the process went smoothly via communication with the admin and property managers of the company.
The company is responsive and helpful regarding work at the property and general communication.

I recommend Julian's services at City Accommodations RE Limited!

David Almos provided excellent service in helping me find a suitable home! I needed somewhere urgent and he found me somewhere within the next day! Brilliant agent, could not recommend anyone better!

Yash had been really helpful and responsive.
