We had a quote for the holiday we were interested in and Lucy helped us book the holiday and also helped us organise the flight from the airport we wanted to go from This was not available on the pick list I could see so she really made the difference. Helpful and knowledgeable about the area that we were visiting, not a lot of choice regarding hotels on offer, but the agents we dealt with were good.

The agent was excellent. He had first hand knowledge of the places that we wanted to visit and was able to recommend hotels which suited our needs. He advised on whether private transfers were necessary or not in each location. He arranged for flight and train times to suit our needs. Nothing was too much trouble.
