I just wanted to buy one of their expensive products in Sweden, but when I gurned me to them asking ”how can I buy yor meraki router in Sweden”, instead of giving me simple answer, they send me a list of questions, about me, my company, etc that would take me several minutes to answer.
When I replied to cisco, that I just want to buy their product, not publish my diary, they simple shut down the thread.

Cisco is perfect for years
Been purchasing their products for years, routers, switches, and so on. And i can say this is one of the best tech brands that rarely let you down. Licensing is affordable

Cisco is just bad
Cisco sells its software and services to MSPs. It doesn't, unfortunately qualify those MSPs in terms of the maturity of the company and the consistency and quality of the services they provide. If, for some reason, you want to separate from an MSP before the contract ends, Cisco will side with the MSP and not small businesses that make the mistake of hiring an MSP.
Our MSP, btw, is Strive IT, the most incompetent IT services company that I've worked with in my 30+ years in technology. Avoid them and avoid Cisco Duo at all costs.

greg holley spelling not sure but his mother in law passed and his wife sherrie did not tell me, as the aunt mother passed, wow what an upstanding person is that someone you want working for you? my aunt, his mother in law asking me for tp, change for vending machines, and other goods, imagine they have a huge huge rv and a truck and his mother in law and the mother of his wife is begging me for crap. imagine, huge finished basement couldnt allow her there they put her into a assisted living place told her at one point, she should already have 14k saved, who gave her a free car to use? me, greg and wife sherry couldnt do it i also provided my aunt with a FREE PHONE for years and years, keep in mind they have loads of money let the one working like a dog as hes getting high in the garage and the daughter is a lazy behind. i would never treat my mother like that. shame shame shame. i dont want anything to do with CISCO products from this interaction ya aint good people, loads of other options. GENEVA ILLINOIS greg and sherry holley he as a son in law told an elderly person she should of had 14k saved in order for her to move out and meanwhile the daughter sucked and said yea and when the daughter sold her condo out from underneath her and then charged her 20k for upgrades it’s elderly and financial abuse already reported to the state. Meanwhile they got a huge rv and a plot in a state close by and a new huge truck to pull

I am not a customer of cisco anymore ,since my isr4331 is broken (the dialer doesn’t dial anymore) i opened the case and i realised that the equipment is not made by cisco actually is produced by Taiwamese Foxconn very disappointed by company, i will imigrate to huawei is probably a best choice

Piece of crap website. Logging in is so bloody slow my grandma can walk a mile and back and its still loading. And no its not because my internet connection sucks, THE CRAPCO WEBSITE DOES. And there are sooooo many different websites pointing to the same webpage. Can't these bloody morons have one or a few websites instead of a thousand that you have to waste navigating????

The website is SOOOO bad. Trying to download a package. Hopeless. And why is an account needed for free software, not that it matters as I can't find the actual software? Directions point to non existing options. Redirecting to "latest versions" several years old. Wait here, maybe? Finally: the MacOS download ends on ...... Windows downloads. No MacOs or Linux to be found... nowhere... It is unbelievable how bad the site is to find any information about their product. Oh... and my firewall went into EOL shortly after I bought it. Saving an option? Oh.. you also need to save the configuration as well. I give up. I am done. Back to the Fortigate. Not only sunshine there but it gets the job done without being stuck for hours.
Cisco Meraki Support has become a joke
Cisco Meraki Support has become a joke. I'd rather find a workaround than contacting them since they are helpfull maybe 1 out of 30 cases.
We have around 600 devices from them and Ill try my best to transition future and existing customers to another manufacturer.
Cisco customer service and feedback utterly useless
Cisco customer service is utterly useless. I'm so surprised that they provide such a poor service given its attributed to them. I have had a simple change to adjust my account email address so I can actually login. I've been given the run around for the last 6 days. I work in the tech Industry so I know what I'm asking for is a very very simple change that takes minutes.
The customer support team is one of the worst I've ever experienced and I've experienced many over many years.
I'm very surprised I'm having to leave such a terrible review considering I am usually championing Cisco.
