I was in contact with three employees: Emma, Vicky, and Mancy.
Emma only replied very briefly, often in single words. Vicky was quite unfriendly and seemed eager to end the conversation quickly. Mancy was by far the nicest and most helpful, and I communicated with her the most.
Unfortunately, individual customers are now required to order a minimum of three wigs at once. This feels excessive and risky, especially for first-time customers who are not yet familiar with the brand or product quality. I tried to negotiate, as single wigs were still sold until recently, but this is no longer an option.
Additionally, the prices have increased significantly compared to what customers paid one or two years ago. I cannot tell whether I was quoted higher prices specifically.
Overall, the communication felt unprofessional, which ultimately led me to decide against placing an order.

This company can supply quality wigs, however it’s one of the most unprofessional. It’s almost as though you purchase at risk as there is no accountability. The customer service depends on who you get so do your research and choose wisely as you’ll receive no help from management.

Jane is by far the worst, do not make the mistake of choosing her. She will waste your time, derail your orders and ultimately harm your business.

Great experience, bought two wigs, came exactly as shown on their website. Will purchase again. Very happy with the quality, color, price, and fast shipping.

I’m not sure who gave them bad reviews but they have great quality and the wigs last for years I got my first unit in 2020 it takes color well also get the Brazilian hair if you want to color the hair to 613 color

Emma from China’s best wigs was referred to me by a friend. The wig came styled, smelled nice and was exactly as it was in the photos. I am very pleased! I wear this regularly and get compliments & get asked where I get my hair done lol. Before purchasing, I was texting Emma lots of questions because with wigs, you never know if it’s gonna look like the photos. But she always was ready to help and address possible concerns. Again, the wig does look exactly like the photos. Shipping only took 3 or 4 days to Oregon. I am saving for my next wig!

I buy many wigs and was looking for a high quality one at a good price. I got Erica and she was GREAT. 1/2 the bad reviews on here seem fake because no one mentions the actual wigs and they are all written weirdly as if a robot wrote them. I am a real person who bought a top quality wig from them. My wig was amazing top quality for half the price! I highly recommend them. I am very picky with how my wigs look and this one is so natural no one knows it’s a wig.
The shipping was very fast. You’re not getting a fancy box and packaging but you will get a super high quality wig!

Chinabestwigs.com is truly the BEST place to buy a wig online, hands down. The wigs are affordable, never tangle, look beautiful straight out of the box and are shipped in a timely manner. I only buy my wigs from Chinabestwigs now.. Every other seller has been a disappointment or total rip off. Aliexpress wigs are usually trash, RPGshow too expensive with bad dye jobs, Hairvivi is ok but I think some of them they are made by Chinabestwigs so might as well buy from them directly.

This company is a sham, terrible customer service. Dishonest employees, lack of customer service. Rude and disrespectful.

Jane is the worst followed by Vicky, no concept of International business. They feel they are better than customers and lack customer service. Management needs new staff
