My wife and I were at Chili's in Canon City, CO, a couple nights ago. I ordered Cajun chicken/shrimp/pasta. It was totally bland! No hint of any seasoning, let alone Cajun!
Disappointed, I took it home. Today I added butter, olive oil, garlic, black pepper, kosher salt, and smoked paprika to it, heated it up. It wasn't Cajun but, at least it has flavor! I won't be goin back to Chili's, any Chili's!

Ordered breakfast at Calgary airport and the pancakes were served undercooked. Told the waitress and she called the manager over who did the right things. Awesome

Had a great experience only 4 stars because the prices don't reflect the small portions. However the food was good.

Margarita national day 2-22-26, ordered the patron special. Was drinking pleanty of super sweet syrup frozen. No tequila patron taste whatsoever. Asked them to take it back and explain why. Ordered a top shelve Ice tea, same sweet syrup and no taste on any of the 4 liquors it normally consist of, ask the waiter if it was top shelf, she said yes. She then got me the manager and I explain again, she said she was going to have it redone with less syrup. Tasted better, not great. Why would I pay top dollar for top shelve to be given syrup instead. You guys keep on getting bad reviews and you will eventually loose your clientele as you just lost me.

I have been going to the same chili's on 240 and Santa Fe for a few years. I have never had any problems. But when you get these new younger kids getting a job if a customer says they're allergic to something. And y'all bring it to Em, and it has onions on it. Then, y'all send it back to refix it and then it comes back and it has onion in it common sense. Tale, that customer, because now here I am setting in an emergency room. Over an onion, allergic reaction, doing an EpiPen. Because the waitress didn't care, didn't say nothing. And then the manager never called me back, said anything or sorry or nothing. I spent eighty one dollars on valentine's day.I did not get to eat my meal.I did not get to eat nothing at the table.It's a little ridiculous.So that's eighty one dollars that I lost out on training needs to be a little bit more on top.Because your employees that helped me acted like she did not even care. She come to our table 3 times I told her three different times nothing was never said to a manager or nothing was never done. I'm just saying I can't afford to get that every time. So I will find another chili's and hopefully they have more respect. I just hate to leave that one because I like that chili's.

Maybe they are short staffed? But the young lady with long hair working the bar is too slow to be at the bar while working other tables. She was so slow last night and busy with other things that I just paid and left. Waiting 5-10 minutes for a drink is ridiculous and I might as well to go Texas Roadhouse up the road. I did take out on my lunch hour. Allie had my order all ready and correct and I was back to work in just a few minutes. The best experience I could have had.
Wonderful Experience
Myself, my boyfriend and my girlfriend ate at the Rockford, Illinois location today for lunch. The server, Jordan was wonderful. I spilled my glass of ice all over myself. He saw that my shirt was very wet so he offered me a Chilis t-shirt. He was a very attentive to our needs and made sure we had a good experience during our lunch. I also would like to praise the manager, Russ. He came over and asked how everything was. He even helped me with the ‘machine’ to pay the bill. I do not like this form of paying. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience at this location today. Kudos to Jordan and Russ!!!
None of the food was good
None of the food was good. Mac n Cheese was very runny and the noodles were hard/overcooked. They had messed up our order. The waitress was very rude and rolled her eyes a lot.

Contacted Chili's to let them know I was very ill from food poisoning after eating a meal just prior to boarding my flight. At first, they seemed to be doing the "right thing" by taking this issue seriously, but what they were really worried about was being sued. They didn't even reimburse my meal (which is what I expected)! Warning others so it doesn't happen to anyone else!!!
Ill-manner waiter and gratuity and tips too?
My daughter had stop in with her team for a dinner they left a tip on the table and yet they still had to pay gratuity on each of their meal. not one combined but on each ticket. I gave her enough money to eat on without paying for she was short by .94 cents short. it was at that time when the waiter have the audacity to ask her in front of her team if she needed to walk around find change.

Well, long wait before you get noticed, than long wait after order is taken for the order, surprise promised for the inconvenience but never came, high price for a burger that was not better than McDonald's burger only $10-15 was added to the price of the same if not worse quality tasted good, than when finally when the customer intelligent insulting saga is over & you want to pay & never return again their device charging you for a game so even their technology ripps off after all else did lol
Chilis is SO stingy. Can't get a job for nothing
I went in for an interview because I truly need a job and I scheduled one through their AI. I come in at the time I'm scheduled for and coincidentally they're doing an inspection for 2-3 hrs, so they told me I can just come back some other time. Very unprofessional, always wasting my time, never any consideration for people, very stuck up. They are so disrespectful and rude. Couldn't even mention to people that the interviews wouldn't be happening at said time. So full of themselves.
Steak fajitas are tough on The Chew
I have ordered the fajitas three or four times now and this time I ordered the combo of steak and chicken and that was a big mistake. The chicken pieces are always tender and sliced thin. But the steak pieces were cut thicker and non chewable. I tried a few pieces thinking it might just be an exception but I had about eight pieces of steak left and save them for next day. When I tried to chew them cold or hot I could chew for 5 minutes or more on each piece and it would never get any more edible as it was like chewing on a shoe that didn't get softer and you didn't want to swallow. I can make an exception this time and never order the combo again because the only other problem with their chicken and sometimes it's very very spicy and I tried to cool it down with the additions of sour cream and shredded cheese. They're hamburgers I have ordered three or four times and they're good except the ice cold french fries every time that are in the serving box with the burger. I don't know why or where they are traveling to become so cold but I'm reluctant to microwave them.
