I would give 0 if I could.

Awful quality, had to send the item back. They answered the first email advising they would give a full refund, to my numerous emails clarifying posting it back to them… no response. Still no response.

Finally got tired and sent it back, to not receive a full refund. I don’t have any hope for them responding to me now either.

Absolutely disgusting company, avoid like the plague.

My order never arrived. When I requested the refund that never came either. I am in the states so I am limited to email and the chat tool where I was told the refund was never confirmed even though I have emails stating different. I have it "confirmed" now and am currently awaiting my refund. STAY AWAY, as they will keep your money using any dirty trick they can.

Would give no stars if it was possible. Terrible Customer Service. Do not buy online. Purchased a Youth 3rd shirt on the 20th Nov. Received a adult 2nd Shirt. Customer service keeps fobbing me off. So many emails and phone calls made. No Christmas Gift to give and no refund made.

Would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT PURCAHSE FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! We ordered our daughter a personalised Chelsea football shirt on 28/11/22. Very long story, it hasn’t come, we’ve had to chase several times to now be told it won’t be coming, it is now 22/12 and obviously the shirt was a Christmas present. Absolutely no customer service. Oh and the mug we ordered arrived broken due to lack of proper packaging.

I placed my order which cost me £120 paid for next day delivery around £7 and waiting for delivery almost one month never receive my refund for that’s delivery. Customer service is there just to be there no one know anything and always just talk about it’s because warehouse is delay….. but we paid for next day delivery and waiting one month it’s not acceptable and why you don’t refund our money!!!!!

Customer service dreadful. I bought away strip kids. No numbers in stock. To print shirt. I’ve rung every day as it’s a Xmas present. No one has a clue. No one answers the phone. A fortune in cabs to get there. What a waste of time and £92.

boutique à fuir ....... délai non respecté, débit à la commande, impossible de contacter une personne physique. Commande passée le 28/11. Livraison retardée au 13/12 et toujours rien à ce jour .....

Would give zero stars if I could! Ordered a WSL shirt on 14th nov still hasn’t been shipped after being promised it would be shipped by the 9th December at the latest! Customer services are a joke they say no managers work for the company, so I sent a email to the complaints department still no reply! On hold for 25 mins to then be cut off without any answers!! Will never buy from them again

Pantalons de mauvaise qualité et quand on demande un remboursement il ne retrouve plus la commande alors aucun remboursement possible alors que toutes les démarches ont été faites

My experience has been pretty good but my accquaintances not. Hope the club will improve the quality of service.

Placed order two weeks ago received nothing emailed them received a reply saying they had received my complaint and would contact me still heard nothing and received nothing never going to use these again feel ripped off disgusting

Ordered a size too large for my son. They won't exchange, only offered a return for which you have to pre-pay £5.90 on their portal (vs £2.85 at the post office) - rip off. One line response from customer service when emailed about this, they really don't care about their fans. Won't be buying the smaller size, their loss (and the clubs). Best avoid.

i have been waiting for an order and have phoned 4 times and keep getting told wait another 72 hours when i say i want my money back i get fobbed of no faith in them at all still waiting

Why does it take forever for someone to answer the phone?? And then it cuts off!!!
To say they are a premier league club, the service is UNDER-SEVEN LEAGUE!! I bought a Chelsea stadium shirt costing £75 and its faulty and want to exchange it. But its a nightmare trying to do this!!!! I'm still waiting for somebody from them to contact me to resolve the matter. This has been going on for months! Please address your customers problems!

We placed an order and then looked at the reviews. We panicked, we didn't know what to expect. The order was delivered in 10 days, and it was exactly what we hoped for!

Appalling. I ordered a home shirt for my son's birthday in plenty of time but as a precaution paid for next day delivery. 2 weeks later having checked the Evri app daily the parcel hasn't arrived, update after update contradicting where the parcel is.

I've been fobbed off by Chelsea Megastore, time and time again. They are disrespectful to their fan base and Chelsea have lost all credibility with me. I've been a fan all my life but to treat people like this is disgraceful. After 2 weeks and reputable organisation would apologise and allow a refund. I have been on the phone to them now for 40 minutes and they are refusing to give me a refund after promising 2 days ago that they would process one for me. I am shocked and disappointed by their attitude to customers (Fans).

My advice, don't give them your money, read the reviews. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Absolutely the poorest service I have ever received from a company, ordered the Chelsea 3rd kit, was told socks and shorts would arrive on Oct 28th 2022 and the shirt would arrive on Oct 31st 2022, Guess what? niether had arrived by November 1st 2022. after much chasing about with thier pathetic customer service robot, I managed to get a live chat with a representative (of a fashion) who advised due to the high demand they have no lettering to put on the shirt I ordered, I said how long will it be? to which he could not answer. I advised I would like to cancel the order, he asked was it the whole order? I said tes.
Today Nov 2nd I have received an email advising that they do not have the socks I ordered so will be refunding the cost of the socks!!
I am now trtying to get in contact with someone on the live chat to get the confirmation that the whole order was cancelled as I no longer want any of it.

I will update on this mess once I get an outcome, even if I have to go to my debit card company to claim the refund back.
