Absolutely outstanding service for accommodating a group flight schedule. When Delta airlines change our flight due to unknown circumstances at a later time, Sofia Perez @extension #1006 was able to get us on a red eye the night before to ensure we would not miss a full day of Cancun. Sophia gave Great communication skills and responded less than 24 hours. I am truly overjoyed with Sofia’s customer service and countless efforts to ensure efficiency with meeting our request. Sophia was able to work with Delta to accommodate our wishes and I am forever thankful.
