The purchase process I found to be quite tricky as a first-time buyer on this site. However, the customer representatives (Lucas Peterson) and their ticketing team were able to help me find a ticket in this time of crisis. They were very amicable and understanding and gave their best to my service.

It was a little rocky at first but by the end, it was perfect. Alot of communication and patience was the key. Awesome job.

Booked a flight for my son and less than 24 hours later was contacted and advised that there were no economy seats available and I would be charged an additional $160. Cancelled with them and found the ticket cheaper, same flight same airline in an economy seat. Had a hard time understanding all 3 of the people I spoke with. Horrible experience, I should have just booked with Expedia to begin with and I’d have saved $40 on my flight. Seems to be a big scam.

Good customer service, but they don’t actually confirm your flight when you book it so I ended up paying over 600$ more than what I had originally planned for my 3 tickets absolutely not worth it

I booked a flight through them then 4 hours later the costs went from $581 to $1431. I had no options event though it said when I purchased I could cancel within 24 hours for free, they said they had booked me for an economy flight and could not be cancelled or if I did I would not get any refund. WTH!! such a pain and had to struggle to understand the representative to boot!! stay away from here!!!!!!

Mr Leon Lopez was Very Helpful, we lost connection a couple times, and before I even realized he was calling me back! Made sure everything was 100% clear before moving on, and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests! Thank You Leon!!

Just a heads up for those looking to book on cheapticketfair.com. I found a one-way ticket for $190, which was the best deal that I came across so I went ahead and booked it. I received a call from one of the Cheap Ticket Fair agents, and they told me that the American Airlines flight was cancelled and that they couldn't refund the $190, but I could only book another option. I checked the American Airlines website and the flight I was looking at was not cancelled. There were basic economy seats, but the main cabin was still available. On top of that the agent tried to offer me the next cheapest deal to another destination (which was a 1.5 drive to the destination I was originally looking into) and that was around $260-$290 (don't remember exact price but it was definitely in the higher $200s). He also told me that my credit card has already been charged and that this is the best he can do. I just checked my card, and it has not been charged. I also mentioned that I wanted to talk to his supervisor, but he said his supervisor can only speak French so if I can speak French he can put me through to him. I can't speak French so that wasn't an option for me.

Overall, I didn't have the best experience and it seemed like he was lying to me a lot because when I checked the American Airlines website the flight was still on and my credit card never got charged. It just seemed like he would do anything to get me to purchase a more expensive ticket.

Not sure if anyone else had the same experience, but I just wanted to put it out there in case anyone was wondering about this website. I usually never argue with customer service representatives on the phone because I know they are just doing their jobs, but I just got a bad vibe with this experience.

This is a COMPLETE Scam! They advertise an amount and when you call they say they are competing with other travel agencies. DO NOT do business with these guys. The CSR transferred me to a supervisor whom I thought would be able to help. It was like talking to a 13 year-old with no business experience. He actually said he was doing me a favor by offering a low price. What a joke!

Beware of this site! I made a resrvation feo 740$ and the next day they tell me the flight is 1990$???? Total scam. Beware i has to cancel my card…

My experience was not good. I found a ticket from Ecuador to Cancun in Aeromexico in a very good price USD570 I called for support to Cheapticketfare and they told me that flight with Aeromexico was sold out and they gave me a different option with Avianca on USD590 which I say ok no problem, the schedule was ok. 1 day before the flight I receive a call from support, they told me the Avianca flight was sold out and the Aeromexico is the only option. What??? you told me Aeromexico was old out why?? and boom the same flight in Aeromexico was "available again" in USD868. I was very urgent to flight to Cancun so I had to buy the ticket.
That was not fair!!.
I would say fortunately I had no problem with the flight and connections.

**SCAM*** tried to raised the price then asked for personal information after saying no flights were available.
