Tristan and Josh have worked extremely hard to get our application processed and approved, as first time buyers myself and my fiancé were in the dark on the processes of buying a home, however before us even viewing properties, we had endless amounts of help and guidance from Tristan which really has made the first part of the process really simple for us. It is nice to deal with a company that has such a professional competency in their field. We have also been speaking with James about life insurance, again, his advice is fantastic, no pushy sales, just clear information so we are able to make a decision on our own, we also appreciate the access to products which we may not be able to get without the assistance of an insurance broker. I would 100% recommend chartwell funding and will definitely be using them again I was panicking thinking we wouldn't be able to get a mortgage due to mine and my partners credit being in a bad way, that was until I found chartwell.
