We've had so much support from chartwell from start to finish. It's been a long journey but Chris has been there since the start of us looking to move, sorted our DIP, checking in on progress, going back and forth to help us get a mortgage in place. He's been so patient with the whole process and at no point has he seemed frustrated with the timeline. Then came Josh supporting us through the final hurdles of the mortgage offer, again super professional and supportive. He put us in to contact with our solicitors (no pressure from them to select one of their partners but they only offer with people who can perform not just save you money) and also put us in touch with Conner who helped to set up our life and income protection insurance. So much of this all under one roof just made this all so much easier for me and now we are almost at completion and ready to move home, in no small part thanks to this team. Will absolutely be sticking with Chartwell for future mortgage renewals and any other changes to our life insurance.

Daniel Lawrence is a star. I like detail, I ask the same question over and over. I am typically very thorough... and Daniel was patient with me throughout. Then we couldn't move forward with one property (due to an issue with the City Council searches) and had to redo the whole process entirely. Daniel's professionalism never wavered. Crucially - he is always available via phone/email.

100% recommend. They are the most down to earth, lovely bunch of people I could have wished for to help me through the home buying madness. As a first time buyers, Kane talked me through the process, explained the next steps and chased all lose ends with no stress. Even with some credit issues he was able to lock in a mortgage for me at a great rate. The extended team were great, Star was also extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They are very responsive and I also used their team to help with getting life cover and income protection which were also locked in at the same great rate for life. The house ended up going through probate which required the motgage start date to be pushed forward and out of the locked in time period, Kane made sure to get an extention on the rate so we would not lose out on our rate.
