Could not recommend Chartwell more! After a complicated credit history and wanting to buy a property again, there was no judgement from Kane, he laid out all the options clearly, was transparent, communicative, kind and non judgemental- he made the process smooth and clear and honestly, a lot less stressful. I spoke with the insurance team also to look at options and highly recommend Jordan & Ollie for insurance needs, again they made the process really easy, handled all the applications and made me aware of all the options with no pressure to sign up for any products.
The team are really lovely, responsive and have given me a positive home buying experience. Additional phone call and email check in's were really appreciated too just to make sure everything was going smoothly, to reassure and to encourage any questions that might come up during the process.
Really grateful to Chartwell and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Third time using Chartwell, fantastic service. We bought complicated properties that standard providers would not look at (B listed, 3 kitchens then agricultural house and 15 acres). No problem for Chartwell. Saved us thousands on smallholders or commercial mortgages, and now with their expertise, we have the house and land on a normal, high street mortgage. Superb, expert service. Highly recommend!

From our first mortgage in 2018 to now, we have renewed our mortgage three times with Chartwell Funding. Moving from one broker who was very helpful to Tristan who we have had help us through the last two renewals. Tristan has made the process so easy, making it clear what our options are, highlighting what can save us money in the long run. Always available to run through any queries we have had, even meeting via Teams when my phone signal has been bad. We are now selling our property and again through clear explanations we have been able to make the right mortgage choice for us now. We will be returning to Chartwell Funding when we come to buy our new house.

My house purchase turned into quite a saga. It was an awkward title deed issue initially which then turned into further survey issues due to ongoing movement at the property which in turn, led to several unexpected changes of plan.
