From my very first enquiry through to passing all of my checks, Nikola has been absolutely outstanding. Charters were the estate agent for the house that I am purchasing. They have handled the process without issue from start to finish. Jo in particular has kept me updated and has been easily reachable and responsive. I first viewed with charters in Havant and Luke and his team have been brilliant never a problem when I needed to view always very happy to help they have been amazing and would highly recommend Luke and his team in the Havant office.
