I wish I never bought from this store

I wish I never bought from this store. Not only did I not receive my items, they refused to give me back my money and were extremely rude. I’ve never received such bad customer service and if I could give them zero stars I would. Absolutely appalling service.

I'm absolutely delighted with the locket and impressed with the fact that my request for the engraving was done better than I could have imagined it to be. The locket will hold very sentimental value and the way it was gift wrapped when I received it shows how much pride Charming Jewellery Store take in ensuring Customer satisfaction. I will definitely be purchasing my Jewellery from them in the future

I was buying for my goddaughter’s 21st

I was buying for my goddaughter’s 21st birthday present. I went online and found Charming jewelry. There was a lot to choice from and I liked it because it was a bit different. Will definitely buy from them again and I would recommend it to anyone.
