Easy to communicate with and the mortgage application was done with the minimum of fuss even though I had to make a couple of changes with the application. I would definitely use again.

Little disappointed …
I phoned voluntarily to get the service as I need a ltd btl mortgage and also I am your customer from last 3 years had did 2 cases done successfully by Connie Elam who was extremely helpful but this time I feel the person deal with me little bossy and dictator tone in his service. But still I don't want any confrontation as I need your service currently and in near future as well as a company you r the best qoute and service provider in my experience of being landlord for last 5 years.

Pretty poor experience to be honest
Pretty poor experience to be honest. Had a good call initially, then the guy never got back to me. I had to follow up a couple of times. Only to end up with a quote that looked to be the highest in the market place and not what I was looking for. Totally misunderstood and left wondering if they just don’t want to understand clients. Surprised they asked for a review!
