It was very comfortable stay, nice location with several activities and shops around the area

The Appartement is georgeous and the view stunning. 5 stars if A/C works, it was very hot.

Attempted to contact company to book parking as soon as I booked. Searched booking.com website for accommodation with parking as needed to travel by car due to lack of public transport options from South Wales. I was aware there was a charge but prepared for this. Despite several attempts to clarify this before for arrival it was only when we were an hour away from Cambridge that the company emailed to tell me there would be no parking available for our stay. There is very limited parking in the locality and this parking had a maximum stay of less than 4 hours even when paying which is obviously no good for an overnight stay. The whole development has been designed with sustainable travel in mind.Whilst I believe this is an excellent model for people living there it does make it very difficult for people travelling from areas where there is no public transport option and this should be made clear when booking. We ended up having to park a 30-40 minute walk away which was not ideal especially in 30+ degree heat. All the communication from Charles Hope was very last minute and check in process not particularly straight forward. On arriving at the appartment we found it had not been cleaned after the previous occupant (rubbish bag and only dirty towels and bed not changed. This was reported straight away but I suspect it was only done because we saw the cleaners on the landing who were extremely apologetic and sorted it immediately. I get the impression that Charles Hope staff are in an office in another city and are not very responsive and don't care. The positive points are it was a lovely fairly new appartment finished to a high spec and when it was cleaned it was spotless. If Charles Hope marketed this better making clear there is no parking but a sustainable development and perhaps provided bicycles for occupants use to get in and out of Cambridge it would be a good option. However they need to do work on their communication and marketing.

Positives; Apartment was amazing. Perfect location. Great value for money. Easy key collection process. Negative; couldn't work the aircon so rooms were very hot. Please leave clear instructions how it works.

Delightfully crisp, clean and modern apartment. Tastefully decorated with the necessary facilities required for a short stay. Easy to access and conveniently located in the city centre. Self service aspect was straightforward and no issues encountered. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Lovely comfortable flat but needs some maintenance. We couldn't gain access upon arrival as the pre approval wasnt sent to us. Then there was no key so we had to leave and return from the gig to get the key. One of the taps in the bedroom fell off and wouldn't screw back in, and we noticed some of the seals on the windows weren't attached, broken blinds too need sorting as you cant open doors to cool down the apartment without getting up on a chair and handwinding them open. Could have done with some extra loo rolls too. Was also confusing where to enter the property, better directions would help. Overall though I would stay here again as the beds were comfortable and the views were amazing 👏

Lovely location. Very clean

Apartment was very well appionted ,also very secure and clean and well equiped. On two pionts, firstly could definetly do with a couple of non slip mats for both showers. and also either a small vacume or at least a dust pan and brush just to go over the floorOnly around 10 minute walk into the main dock area and Liverpool One. Car park next door with very reasonable rates.

Charles Hope London Battersea and the concierge team are amazing. They have a beautiful hotel, the staff are LOVELY and hands down was the most amazing place I’ve ever stayed. My daughter and I needed a holiday and the hotel made our week the best it could have been. Thank you to everyone who were part of why I will always recommend this hotel and remember our week.

I recently stayed at your serviced apartments in Liverpool on the 29th - 30th, the purpose of the trip was to attend a concert and also to propose to my partner.
However, due to the time we stayed in the apartment, all I can think about is how disgusting it was and how disappointed I was with my stay.

I booked here originally for the views over the city or the docks, the apartments looked really great in the pictures also and I thought these would have been the perfect place to propose. Unfortunately, I was wrong.

Upon arrival, the city itself was incredibly hot and humid. I couldn’t wait to get into the apartment for a reprove from the heat. We were so wrong. The temperature inside the room was 29° and there was no changing it. The thermostat, despite being off, would not go down in temperature, there was no air conditioning, nor was there any form of fan, and the window would not open beyond a crack. I had to go into the city to attempt to find one, but without any luck because they were sold out. This meant we would have to suffer the painful effects of the heat inside. Even through the night, the heat was so unbearable we had to resort to sleeping on the tiled floor, which was maybe a few degrees cooler.

Despite this, I proposed and immediately had to leave the room to purchase multiple cold drinks from the local shop. The tap in the apartment would run hot instead of any way cold, despite running both taps for a couple minutes to see if they would cool down further.

We also found the apartment had not been cleaned efficiently. The bin was still full, hairs were everywhere and when we attempted to have a shower the next day, after a night in a furnace with very little sleep, we also found that the towel looks to have had blood on it and not cleaned properly.

Normally I would just leave it, however, I cannot in good faith just accept this standard as acceptable.

The apartment was modern and very clean and everything we needed. Though we didn't spend much time in the apartment due to be out most of the day, it was very nice, with great views of the city. The only issue we had is that it was very warm and tried to turn the thermostat down but didn't seem to do anything so just had to have the windows open to try and let some fresh air in to cool down the rooms.
The location is good, a little bit of a walk to the city centre, ideal if you are going to watch Everton play or doing activities around the docks.
Would certainly stay there again and felt it represented good value for money at the short notice we booked at.

Easy to book although check in was disorganised. I hadn't received an email with door code prior to check in. Spent 20 mins trying to get through via phone to be told one code does both doors. It doesn't!
Had to call back again to then be given 2 different codes, 1 for each door. All whilst standing on the doorstep with luggage.
Apartment was nice, modern and clean. Powerful shower, generally a nice place.

Keynest system was a little bit of a pain - but otherwise this was a pleasant stay, nice tidy accommodation.

Amazing spacious apartment with great location overlooking the Mersey ferry . Only downside was, with it been one of the hottest weekends in Liverpool the apartment
Was too hot and really needed a good air conditioning system. With the windows open and 2 fans provided it was still so very hot inside the apartment. Excellent layout and 24 hour security of the building, we felt very safe and secure. Very informative information on arrival and departure. Overall we had a wonderful visit to Liverpool

I arrived to the hotel and instructions to pay the deposit and register had not come through before hand. I had to ring up and get that sorted so the key code for the box to realease the key to the room. Once that was done I got the key went to my apartment only to find the room had been trashed and not cleaned by the previous resident. I then had to call a second time to inform the staff of this. They then told me to go back down only to return the key and get another key for another apartment. On entering the new apartment there was damage to the kitchen. I rang up a notified staff as I had put down a deposit and did not want to be charged for damage which I did not cause. The person on the phone was not able to get me another apartment or offer a partial refund. All In all bad experience considering I was just there for the night I spent half the day on the phone when I should have been out enjoying the city.

Poor quality, clearly lacked maintenance. Window latch broken (marked as since 17.10.2025), bathroom had one (out of 6) LED light working.... I had to shave in the living area, shower slow to drain (on inspection as the plug was choked with hair) and despite offering free guest access on the welcome card... it wasnt working.
Very, very poor.

Great location for us because we wanted to be close to Battersea Power Station and the shops. The apartment was great, with everything we needed for our stay. Five minutes to the underground station at Battersea.
