I always check Charity worker discount before I purchase anything online - most of the time there are offers I can use. I've saved on a variety of things such as a freezer, clothing, boots etc!

I think the offers are never exclusive to Charity workers, so thinking of leaving as there are too many emails and doesn’t seem like the deals are ever really genuine to charity workers. Not great, sorry.

Be very careful before using these people--they will happily throw you under the bus rather than make things right.
Used them to get a discount on a mobile phone contract. I was randomly selected for a credit check (which has always been perfect). Asked by CWD to email driving license and bank statements, which I said no to. They said it would avoid fraud for them, I said it opens me up to fraud as email isn't secure. I offered to bring my ID to their office, but they haven't got one so we had to cancel the contract. Guess what? I have a huge black mark on my credit rating and now can't get a mobile contract with anyone subsequently, so have had to buy a phone and get a separate SIM card. The black mark on my credit will last at least two years, I'm absolutely furious and have hired a solicitor and contacted the ombudsman. I have done nothing wrong but my credit life is now a disaster. How dare they ask anyone to send such sensitive information via unsecured email. DO NOT USE!

Hi,
Thank you for your review on Trustpilot.
We want to clarify that we would never ask our members for such personal details.
Any payment queries are directed to the retailer where the purchase was made, as no payments are processed through our platform.
Please reach out to us directly with the link to the offer you used and any relevant information, such as communication regarding a credit check or requests for documents. This will help us investigate, as this is certainly not a process we would follow.
We take matters like this very seriously and would like to support you the best we can. Please reach out to us and reference your Trust Pilot review in the subject here -

Offering fantastic discounts, although nothing out of the ordinary or available to most companies. My 1 gripe is the sheer volume of emails this sends its worse than argos or amazon for it.

Problem with a voucher code
I had a problem with Bills in Canterbury who refused to accept my discount code as they only accepted bluelight or student cards. After contacting both Sophie in customer service from the charity worker discount, this was quickly sorted and bills provided me with a £30 voucher. Very happy with the way my problem was delt with. Sophie communication with the progress was outstanding. Thank you
