Booked a haven holiday through the site. The amount wasn't discounted at checkout as per instructions and nowhere to add code. Called Haven and they agreed I was due a refund. I then had to chase a number of times to get the refund and they even tried to tell me that I wasn't due one. Would have all been made simpler if I could have added the code somewhere at checkout.
