I always check Charity worker discount before I purchase anything online - most of the time there are offers I can use. I've saved on a variety of things such as a freezer, clothing, boots etc!

It’s so amazing to receive discounts…
It’s so amazing to receive discounts for doing a job I love in Animal welfare . The discount codes always work are very generous and are actually off of shops and websites that I use regularly and not obscure shops I’ve never heard of . Sephora , Pandora , urban outfitters , Charlotte tilbury to name just a few. Thank you very much .

AMAZING DISCOUNTS
I am really grateful to be able to have charity worker discounts! It really really helps during hard times! Unbelievable discounts from a variety of places and not only that on cinema too! Ever since I discovered that we have been going cinema at least monthly now whereas I hadn’t gone for years because of prices! Thank you so much for this!

Waste of time
Offered giftcard to book easyJet holiday, never received the gift card and after endless emails and nobody willing to help, I give up. Don't bother wasting your time signing up to this useless scam!

A lot of luxury goods discounts
As a charity worker living on their own and struggling to make ends meet. A lot of the discounts are on luxury item's and holidays. Unfortunately I can't afford any of them. I did use discounts at Christmas to purchase presents.

Basically useless if you don't work for…
Basically useless if you don't work for a large charity/ don't have a work email address that is accepted by their system. Most of the discounts listed and their cashback card are based off having a work email address that is in a specific format. I contacted them to explain that, as a local small charity, we only have a Gmail/ Hotmail email address but that I was happy to provide any evidence they would need to prove that I work for a charity, and others who work/ volunteer for us too. They send an email response which was just a flat no, with no acknowledgement of the problem or any sympathy for the situation.
Disappointing as that means there will be loads of valid charity workers and volunteers out there who have no access to the decent deals. A real shame as I was excited to see something to help out a little.

Hi Helen,
Thank you for your Trust Pilot review.
We're sorry to hear that you feel this way, our scheme is available for members to sign up to free of charge. You are eligible to become a member of our scheme and take advantage of a huge variety of the offers you see available.
Some of the benefits such as the ode cashback card and some other discounts do require proof of the role you are working in, this is decided by the discount provider to enable them to provide the offer to our members to use for free.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you, as mentioned above there are still many fantastic discounts you can take advantage of.
If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to get in touch.
