Great service
I had ordered some supplements for my father who has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, it turned out that I had ordered the wrong supplements, not the sort that his consultant had recommended. This put me in panic mode for a brief moment until I got in touch with Marie at Costumer Support who helped us with the return swiftly. I would highly recommend Charava as a reliable online supplier of supplements where I have been ordering supplements many times myself in the past. The quality of the supplements are very good and the service is excellent.

Delivery glitch
I like the quality of the product. But for the second time there was a glitch in the delivery service. Once somehow managed not to put my house number in the address and the second time I received ladies cosmetics instead of supplements.

Great NMN product
Great NMN product but I was told I would receive ashwaganda and magnesium with the delivery as a freebie for subscription. Instead I was sent two pouches of magnesium.

Vastaus yritykseltä Charava
Hi Jamie, thank you so much for your kind words about our NMN! We are sorry the order update notification was not clearer. Ashwaganda was temporarily out of stock and rather than delay your order, we swapped it for our magnesium complex, which you would have seen labelled as the ashwagandha replacement in your order update. Magnesium complex shares a lot of the same benefits around stress relief, relaxation and sleep quality, so it is a wonderful complement to your NMN stack. If you have any questions at all, we are always happy to help.
More energy and focus
NMN from Charava is of the highest quality. I’ve noticed my energy and mental sharpness at work really improved.
I usually get the midafternoon slump, where I need a coffee to get me through the day. Since taking Charava NMN, I haven’t had the need for it.
