I was unexpectedly charged a monthly fee with no memory of how or why this should happen. I contacted Change.org and the matter was resolved quickly, very quickly, courteously and kindly. I was very impressed.

It was great conversing with these people! Professional and caring! My only problem is they don’t have a way to accept checks! I did share with several but I would have liked to have donated something! I just don’t make financial transactions online!
They were wonderful and responded quickly!

I am really disappointed with this service I sponsored the link I posted to ask for help for my dog spent 120 dollars to date And I had Zero people who signed the petition I don't think the company sponsored it because this is absolutely not possible to receive zero but they say when you pay that they can reach their people and their writings it is absolutely not true I tried to contact support and no one answers now I will contact my lawyer to sue them they are shameful change@e.#change.org

The team did a fantastic job at helping me with my campaign

I found that I was making repeat payments of which I was unaware. I complained to Change and they quickly refunded me. The downside of this is that it was not at all clear to me that repeat payments had been authorised. This aspect need to be a lot clearer to the donor.

I needed to withdraw my signature from a particular petition, and it was extremely easy to get the support and promptly done which was amazing.

Roger answered my email sufficiently, kindly and professionally.

I made a one-time donation, but now it has transformed into monthly debits. I'm trying to sort it out now.

Deceptive company. They prey on people who are prepare to make a cash donation for a specific cause to get them to set up a monthly subscription that cannot be going to the original cause. I am one of many that had a subscription set up despite trying to donate without starting a subscription and am now struggling to cancel it. Request to bank failed last month and now the Change site will not let me log onto my account to cancel it that way.

I had a problem trying to cancel my standing order made much more difficult by having it on PayPal, but I got an extremely helpful person who sorted it all out very quickly for me. I found it a very good experience.

Very prompt and polite responses to my inquiries. The representative continued to patiently communicate with me in spite of my misunderstanding of something in the listing and was able to offer a solution.
