45 min delay for 100 km trip

At 9:02 tren shoud've left Brașov to Bucharest. At 9:15 another train leaves to Bucharest from Brașov at the same line. Line 5. Train at 9:02 does not leave at 9:02 but leaves at 9:10. 9:02 train disappeared from the board and the first train was 9:15 at line 5. I got inside the wrong train. No apology, absolutely nothing. Why didn't the train leave at 9:02? At 9:03 the line shoud've been empty. I am suing CFR for 500 000 euros. Maybe they will wake up.

Am calatorit ci IR1691 in 11.10.2024 de la Severin la Timisoara. Calatoria a fost un cosmar, de la scaune insalubre care cred ca nu s-au curata niciodat, scaune rupte, tetierele jegoase si prinse cu suruburi care te raneau la cap, miros de pisat in tot trenul, toalete jegoase de iti vine sa vomiti, din 12 becuri in vagon functiona numai unu, clima nu functiona, trenul a avut si intarziere iar seful de tren la intrebarea mea de ce a permis punerea in circulatie a vagoanelor in asa conditii insalubre mi-a spus ca este prea mic ca sa poata zice ceva. JALNIC RAU, NU CALATORITI CU ACEASTA COMPANIE.

And you're going European? This is ridiculous. My sister are on their way from Cluj to Sighetu right now. Train broke down, 3 hours standing in a field in a stinking train, no heat, no electricity, no tea, no food. The least you could do was call a bus and bring people back. But no they stood for 3 hours in a regiment, got to the station where the poor people who were travelling from Bucharest were waiting for you, so they pulled off and broke down again? Excuse me, are you crazy? How can you do that to people? Who will compensate for tickets, waiting time, and lost tickets in Ukraine, and most importantly for services booked here? Do something? So far you are a company a disgrace to the EU!

Angajații vor să mă bată că cer informații și seriozitate. Trenuri întârziate peste măsură, angajați analfabeți și lipsa totala de respect.
Având în vedere că parte din taxele.mele se duc pentru a le pune lor pâinea in gură, mă așteptam la mai mult.

Considering my tax money pays for their bread, I expected more, but it's clear they only hire people without an education or brain.

If you want to experience the top 3 worst train experience use train system in Romania. Train delayed for 2 hours. Missed the airplane, my entire travel. All plans and dreams went to trash. This tells you a lot not only about transportation system but all kinds of services in Romania. I am done.

Le doy una estrella por que no me deja darle ninguna. Una vergüenza/ en el vagon 3 el wc hasta arriba de orina y suciedad/ atascados los dos que habían. Un olor que no podías estar. . De vergüenza/ no recomiendo viajar con ellos.

Evitați sa călătoriți cu trenul totul este foarte vechi si foarte stricat 😑, viata va este pusa in pericol doar dacă așteptați trenul in stație datorită infrastructurii stricate, nici nu vreau sa mai intru in detalii ar fi prea mult de scris.

Avoid CFR Calatori if you can!

If you travel 2nd class during the summer, expect an overheated compartment, no air conditioning, no curtains and dirty tables and chairs.

If you travel 1st class during the summer, don't expect the air conditioning to work until someone argues about it with the train staff. And if you're taking an evening train, bring a flashlight. There is only a faint ambient light and the reading lights don't work, because according to the train staff that's too much to ask from the diesel locomotive...

I'm not even gonna go into details about the lack of organization when taking a bus that's replacing a train due to railworks.

Most train stations are (still) not wheelchair-friendly.

And if you want to use the public toilet at Gara de Nord train station in Bucharest, you have to pay 2 lei. Included in that price are: no toilet paper, no hand soap, a very strong sewage smell and a very rude employee that starts arguing with you when you point out everything that's missing.

All in all, CRF Calatori is an embarassment and the lack of respect towards it's paying customers is very disappointing.

Everything is outdated. Trains are old. Staff is not trained at all; expect 10 min per person minimum, when you buy a ticket. Travelled twice: both trains delayed, 1st class on both trips. On the second trip the air con was turned off 50 km from destination; the windows are locked with a key, so no way of opening them, it turned into a sauna. Avoid if you can.

Train was delayed 19 minutes from the beginning of the journey. For being an international train it made many stops to await other trains coming from the opposite direction. By the time we got to Bucharest the train extended the delay to 45 minutes.
I am a Romanian national who has been living abroad for 12 years and have been coming to see family from time to time and I can only say that things have gone from bad to worse. It’s shameful.

Me vendieron unos billetes de tren cuando sabían que esa linea iba a estar interrumpida durante semanas y el día que se supone tenía que viajar y me enteré de la cancelación en la estación, ni siquiera mandaron un email o SMS para notificarlo (no fue una cancelación por causas imprevistas) la taquillera se negó a devolverme el dinero. Una vez en mi país y 3 días después al escribir se niegan a devolverme el dinero porque dicen que es demasiado tarde, cuando ellos mismos se negaron a devolver el dinero el día de la cancelación como tendrían que haber hecho, según sus propios términos y condiciones. De sus emails ni siquiera he recibido disculpas por haber vendido esos tickets y por no haberme devuelto el dinero cuando lo pedí en taquilla. No es una compañía seria ni propia de estar en Europa. Otro de los trenes que cogi, ademas llegó con 3 horas de retraso

The worst website produced in a country with some of the best software and web developers in the world. Obviously, user experience not a concept. Even when the site works, it's barely browsable. An order - ticket- involves a million steps over web and e-mail, and the least intuitive or logical purchase journey ever created in the 2020s.
And then ... the actual service and the quality of the trains ...

Fatal!! Am luat trenul de la aeroport la gara de nord, mai mult de 40 minute intarziere, am pierdut conexiunea cu trenul spre Braila si nu mi restituie banii pentru ca nu indeunesc conditiile!! Cei care nu le indeplinesc sunt ei, cu 50 de grade in tren fara aer conditionat si cu intarzieri inacceptabile.

Am călătorit din Drobeta Turnu Severin pe 07/07/2024 cu IR 1590 către București Nord aș dori să menționez Agenții de Serviciu pentru Serviciul Oferit clienților. Am menționat și rugat să ne asiste cu câteva informații și poate să fim ghidați .Dupa călătoria cu 1590 cu sosire la 22:00 imediat după aveam legătură cu 1667 spre Vaslui la 22:50 . Verificând online frecvent am văzut ca vor fi întârzieri care vor afecta călătoria noastră .
Atunci agenții de serviciu au verificat cu ceilalți călători despre itinerariul lor și așa au aflat ca sunt aproape 20-30 de călători afectați de întârzieri.
Atunci Șeful de tren a sunat la Sediul principal raportând situația călătorilor .
Când Compania CFR au luat în considerare cererea șefului de tren s-a reușit întârzierea plecării 1667 și atunci călătorii au reușit să prindă trenurile alocate către destinație.
Mulțumim Șef de tren și colegul pentru comunicarea continuă , profesionalism și experiență de aproape 40 de ani al Șefului de tren .

Mult o steluta! Aveti intarzieri...cu orele...Rușine sa va fie! Constsnta -Mangalia...2 ore...nu va meritati salariile!
