I am fighting to get my money back for a faulty pijama!

Complete scam. T shirt recieved is cheap polyester yet advertised as premium 100% cotton.

Unable to contact them for a refund.

Have reported to my bank!

Non ho rititrato il pacco perchè non ero in città, di conseguenza è stato rispedito al fornitore che non ha mai emesso il rimborso. Ho provato a contattarli varie volte via email ma non hanno mai risposto. Scosiglio vivamente.

Scammers, 100% cotton turned out to be shiny chemical fabric straight from China. Never buy from them again.

I would rate it 0. Total scam, they promise cotton, but you receive a shiny polyester piece of shit.

Don’t order from here!! I bought pajamas from their website that stated was satin but then on arrival, quickly realized it was really cheap stretchy material and the design was blurry and of poor quality. They’re difficult to get in touch and trying to arrange a return/refund is practically impossible.

Website states clothes are made from “100% premium cotton”. What turned up after a month (I realised too late it was coming from China) was the shiniest, most synthetic fabric I’ve ever had the misfortune to come across. I’ve messaged them to ask for a refund but I am not hopefully.

Do not order from this website, it is impossible to communicate. My order never arrived, I had a error with the delivery address and trying to rectify was impossible.

Cancelled 5 min after making the order and they kept 20% of the price citing “credit card” charges

The worst cat hat I've ever seen. Such a shame. Looks NOTHING like what is advertised.

I have literally never written a review before but the quality is so bad I felt I should. Cheap and horrible. Would have rather spent 50£ literally anywhere else. Also the trousers of the pyjama set are built for someone who is 8ft tall. Also the pjs smell wierd.

Prodotti fast fashion a prezzi esagerati, tra l'altro pure brutti rispetto alle foto online. Sconsiglio.

Veramente delusa da questi acquisti. Ho preso 3 pigiama e una t-shirt, spesa complessiva di 160€ scontati e quello che ho ricevuto sono prodotti di materiale sintetico (nessuna etichetta che segnali di che tipo di materiale sia ma basta toccarli per capirlo), nessuna etichetta che segna il marchio del prodotto, insomma possono essere degli indumenti acquistati presso qualsiasi shop cinese online solo che con un prezzo veramente eccessivo.
Inoltre le spedizioni sono MOLTO lente, acquistato il 16 febbraio e arrivati due giorni fa (siamo al 20 di marzo).
Sconsiglio questo sito, tanta bella pubblicità ma zero qualità

Had a very bad experience. I ordered 30% silk pajamas for 50 euro. A very cheap looking package arrived, it looked like it was from Temu. It was a very cheap and poor quality pajamas, 100% polyester and not worth 50 euro. This shop is a scam and I would not recommend.
