As others have stated this website has terrible customer service and I would not recommend ordering from here.

I was tempted in by a better-than-average price on an item of clothing which I ordered and paid for only to receive radio silence for a week, no shipping confirmation, no correspondence that anything was wrong, nothing.

I then suspected something was awry so emailed them to find out and again received no response for several days before they later confirmed that due to a 'stock issue' my order would be cancelled and I would be refunded.

I don't really believe my item was ever in stock to begin with and their process is just not fit for purpose.

The refund came through fine so they are not scammers, just a very poorly managed online store that it isn't worth your time ordering from when there are reputable retailers sellng the same items.

Add extra for next day delivery and did'nt arrived , next ordered not been delivered for 8 days until i phoned their customer service and repkied for next day or another week. Poor delivery of item, next time i'll jyst order to badminton direct or HQ.

This website is nothing short of a scam. I ordered a pair of shoe priced attractively and a few t shirts only for them cancel the shoe from the order saying not in stock. Probably would not have ordered the t-shirt from them and pay a delivery charge of £10.

Wil never use Central Sports again. Used to be a decent site. Placed an order last Friday for next working day delivery. It's now Thursday and not even despatched. Tried emailing but no response. I suspect all their stock is located overseas, probably China.

I ordered a pair of yonex comfort z3 shoes opting for the 48 hour tracked delivery option. The package failed to arrive on time and I checked the website and app for any delivery updates but nothing there. I waited some more days and tried the chat service. This doesn't work and no-one responds. I also sent an email to enquire and received no feedback feedback. After a week and a half I called the telephone number and a grumpy guy answered the phone and I explained my problem to him. He looked up the order confirmed it was stuck in the warehouse and confirmed it would now be delivered in 48 hours. The next day I received an email saying that the order was cancelled as it was out of stock!!!!! How ridiculous. If it was out of stock then why confirm the purchase first time round? I am now trying to recover my original payment as this hasn't been returned to me. Overall, this is a terrible site and after nearly 2 weeks I have no idea how to get my money back. Don't buy from this dreadful place. Immediately after the cancel I placed the same order with tennis nuts and it got delivered the next day.

Ordered through the website. Seven days have passed and the item has still not arrived, with no indication of when it will be dispatched. I have emailed for an update and received no response. Very poor communication. I would avoid based on this experience.

Ordered a racket from this company, they accepted the order then took 4 days to decide it wasn't in stock and cancel my order. I wanted the racket urgently for a competition, this level of service is simply not good enough. Will never use this site again.

Bought a 1000zz. Frame cracked after about 8 months of use but CS was helpful to send my racket back to yonex for inspection and they replaced it for me. Contact was a little patchy at times but service and shipping were great

Placed an order and paid extra for next day delivery (within the cut off time at 10am). Go nothing back from them, after contacting customer support they gave me a half a**ed response, quoted below

The next day, still nothing. Not even a tracking label was created, let alone it being shipped.

Excellent Service and Attention to Detail!

Ordered a Yonex Ezone 100L and everything was perfect—racket arrived in great condition, strings customised exactly as requested with the right colour, and they even matched the overgrip colour to the racket beautifully. The autograph work was clean and professional too. Super impressed with the attention to detail. Highly recommend!

I bought two brand-new badminton rackets from this company and I didn’t like them so I returned them

Despite the mixed reviews, I chose Central Sports because they offered the racquet I wanted at the cheapest price, even better with a promo code. They also had all the accessories I needed, including a dampener and grip. The delivery was fast, and the racket was well-packaged. It was brand new, as were the accessories. I would definitely use them again.

I’ve placed a few orders with them in the last couple of years & I’ve never had any issues. Always a good price, plenty of offers & a great product range.

Do not order online from this company, fancy website. Worst customer service ,and disgusting business practices. They list items on their website at desirable prices but don’t have any stock, never did have the items in stock! . They don’t reply to emails and then only issue you a refund once you ring up and complain. When talking on the phone it became evident that they do this all the time. Wonder how many people they’ve scammed over the years were never revived orders. I would give a 0 star review if I could

I had a great first experience with Central Sports, which made me confident to order again. However, my second order was extremely disappointing.

Firstly, the racket was not delivered to my home—I had to take an hour-long tube trip to a warehouse to collect it. Secondly, the racket arrived with visible paint damage, a missing advertising card, and the branded grip sticker had been torn off. It looked like a returned or used product.

I emailed their customer service with clear photos, but after several days, I have received no response at all. I've even placed a new order recently, but now I'm honestly worried about the quality and service going forward.

I really hope Central Sports improves its customer care and quality control. I loved this brand initially, but now I’m losing trust. Still hoping to hear back soon.
