What didn't go wrong?! Do yourself a favor, buy your device from another seller! How in the world did they get a 4.4 review rating??? If you actually read the reviews on Trustpilot & on Yelp, you'll see nothing but frustrated, disappointed, & angry customers. Not one review says good things about them! I paid almost $500 & was only refunded a few dollars less than $200. I lost $300 from that transaction when I bought a phone from them about 5 years ago, in February 2020. I didn't receive what I had ordered, so I immediately returned it for a "full refund." I recovered a little more than 1/4 of what I paid them.
