Stole my charger

I had them ship my ipad back to me and they did not send it back with my charging brick. I emailed them twice with no response. These people are thieves. I want my charger back!

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us! When we receive orders, devices are separated from any packaging or accessories, then labeled and sent to inspection. Since accessories and packaging are not required to sell used devices, we kindly ask that they not be included. For this reason, we don’t keep them on file, and they will not be returned if a device is sent back. This policy is also noted on our FAQ page.

We do our best to respond to all emails within 1 business day (please note we’re closed on weekends).

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Your device was tested using the Phone Check diagnostic system and then double-checked manually. Unfortunately, the GPS did not pass either test. Because of this, the device didn’t qualify for our Good Condition category, since functionality issues like this place it under the Broken Condition category on our website.

I do see that your device was promptly returned, and I hope this helps clarify our inspection process and the reason it did not pass. If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll be happy to help..

Really great service

Really great service. No BSing around. They paid the most for my old phone and paid exactly what they said they would. Like em and would use them again.

We were treated fairly and kindly. Chris was very helpful with information and recommendations concerning an old ring. We received a good price for two watches and were paid on the spot.

As always With OC Buy Back

As always With OC Buy Back. The process was unbelievably easy. The offered price was more then acceptable. And to be honest the wait wasn't that bad either. Like I tell everyone who asks me about selling there unused electronic devices " If you can't sell it yourself, Then OC Buy Back is your next best bet".

A smooth and easy experience

Fantastic, easy process. The pricing for my old phone was fair and a quote provided to me in advance. A short time later when my phone was received, the money landed in my account. I would absolutely use this service again. 👏
