CDJapan Arvostelua

Love cd japan with all the best minilps in excellent quality

So my nendoroid came out damaged with clear marks on the hair. I asked for a refund but was not possible because I "payed with credit card" instead they could only give me 1000 points for an item I payed 7000+ jpy yen for... worst experience ever... ;;;;
Been a loyal customer for so many years and I feel terrible to give them 1 star... but there's nothing I can do about it when they give me such a terrible experience... :( 1000 points is not enough for the damage given...

CDJapan is one of my favorite online stores, with great selection of CDs, action figures, books, anime, video games and much more. I've purchased countless times from them and never had any problem. Affordable prices and fast delivery :)

I buy all my CD's from cdjapan. Great prices and prompt delivery from Japan to Australia. 5 stars!

CDJapan always has what I want and always sends me emails letting me know whats new so I can pre-order. Ease of website, select favorites for future purchases and up-to-date correspondence regarding order/delivery.

My experience with cdJapan is amazing , everything works fine, thank you for your services !!!!

The company has always had poor customer service, but it has finally gotten bad enough for me to write this review. I ordered over $1000 worth of items around 3 years ago and never got any of the items because of "COVID". I finally got a shipping notification yesterday, but since I moved I needed to change my address. They refused to change the address since I had changed countries. Further, they refused to refund me anything but store credit. The customer service agents were very rude about it and actually originally told me they wouldn't even cancel the order (after saying I wanted to cancel the order they replied "Hello, We leave the order as it is." After getting them to finally cancel the orders, they said they would only give me store credit. I asked very politely if they would be decent enough to refund my bank account and they flat out ignored my request. I was forced to take the credit, but they gave me ~33% of what they owed me! I'm still in the process of dealing with the rude customer service representative.

Avoid this business like the plage because, if there are issues, customer service will go out of its way to be as unhelpful as possible. There are other places to buy Japanese items like Playasia and YesAsia, where you will get treated way better and have a much better selection of items.

A quality company, excellent customer service, top quality packing and packaging. Shipping according to your preferences. Excellent promotions.

CDJAPAN is literally the best!
They shipped the order quicker, and the packaging was great!
Their customer service is also great!
Keep up the great work!

i love to buy brushes on cd japan.
they are great and i also have good service.
i love their system. very nice

I found the CD's I wanted the quality was great as defined in the site. Delivery options were also very cost effective considering the current freight rates. All in all a fantastic experience. Well done CD Japan keep up the great work!!!

The organization of the website can sometimes be a little awkward, but don't let that put you off. They often have things nobody else supplies globally, and their prices are competitive if the product can be found elsewhere. Shipping is almost always blazing fast, and the few times I've had a problem it's been rectified quickly.

I’ve been new at purchasing fude brushes and with some research came across cdjapan. I was a bit hesitant as the site is not really user friendly for those that are not interested in cds or games. I’m mostly interested in fude makeup brushes and beauty. I love that the shipping threshold is lower than other Japanese retailers and the variety is great. Shipping is really quick despite it coming from Japan and very well packaged. I have no complaints about the shop, but I would like it to be more user friendly and easier to navigate through brush brands.

Ever since I got to know this website, cdjapan, I've been ordering numerous music titles. I love the rewards points, the special promotion on discount got loyal customers, the weekly release updates and best of all, the excellent delivery of items in pristine condition! Highly recommended!

Legitimate business. Anybody who likes to purchase Japanese products is no stranger to CDJapan. From figurines, beauty products, and fashion to even proxy shipping, where they'll order things on your behalf for a fee. Definitely the cheapest and most reliable option. I usually get my products within two week from Japan to US. They also answer any inquiries within a timeframe of 1-2 business days but that's just my personal experience. They have a great rewards system that lets you use up your points to get better discounts too. Their coupons can't be combined though, which is a total bummer

CDJapan is great , flexible, and have an amazing assortment of stuff.

The rewards point for each item you buy is a neat feature to have and as someone who used the proxy services I can say that it is a great option if you happen to stumble across an item that you don’t know how to use another website.

If there was any questions you needed to be answered the support has helped me on numerous occasions, one of which was changing the shipping method before the packages got delivered to my doorstep

Buying from CD Japan near 10 years. I think they are one of the best online retailers from Japan.
Many options for shipping.
Reward for customer with additional bonus points

Been shopping with CDJapan for years and have yet to experience anything other than excellent service. I used their proxy service for the first time this year too after requesting a specific item and they sorted it for me in no time. 100% the best online shopping service.
