Very disappointed with the quality of the dresses. I picked on that looked amazing on the model and not to flatter myself but my body is very similar to hers. The quality of the fabric is so cheap and fit is disgraceful . The zipper quality is the worst in this story, the zipper broke while I was opening the dress to try it on!! Veeeeeery poor quality zipper and I don’t know what would have happened if they spent 2$ on a good quality zipper vs. 5cents!!! The second dress has not arrived yet but I don’t have anymore enthusiasm for its arrival anymore. JUST SAD and not low cost at all. But cheeeeeaply made

We finally received the ordered items from YUN express china with Catchall logo. More likely a drop shipping company, taking a good cut while ordering the items from china. Quality quite poor and taking their customers as a joke.

They offer no returns or exchanges of size. Whatever you purchase you have to keep! Insane!!

This store accepted my approved dress return and never issued my refund. Tracking confirms they received the item. No response to several emails when I requested they refund me even though they had been in contact to approve the return prior. Don’t waste your money on these cheap Chinese made dresses or this business with poor ethical values.

Very impressed and great quality products and fast shipment. Excellent customer service as well. Resolved the issues with my first order by providing a replacement order which was outstanding customer service. Thank you for valuing your customers and I will be shopping again with your store.

I received the package and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality of my order! Although I need to exchange it for a different size, customer service has been extremely helpful in assisting me with the process and ensuring that the correct size will be delivered promptly.

I am very Happy with my first purchase at Catchall. I ordered 2 dresses. Both arrived well in time and the quality of workmanship is worth the price (Very pretty). Also the dress color and pattern both looks exactly how I saw it in the pictures on the website.
Only one thing to keep in mind is that every dress has a different sizing. So a piece of advice is that do not look at the standard size chart on the Catchall website. Look for the size of the particular dress that you want.
I made this mistake for one of my dress and when I wrote to the customer care team they were very supportive with quick responses and immediately offered to send me a new dress in a bigger size. I have never experienced such high standards of after sales service in my life earlier. Very impressive!!

I had a great experience interacting with the catchall customer service. It started with them informing me of delivery issue and providing me information about how to proceed. After I received the package, the dresses are beautiful and with great quality especially with the prices I paid. Unfortunately I didn't realize their Small seems smaller than US Small size (Please do check the size measure carefully), I reached out to the customer service again and they were very responsive and provided me option of exchanging the product for larger size or store credit. I chose the latter as their dresses do look beautiful and with great quality. Overall I enjoyed my experience with this online store and their customer service.

Ordered a dress in January 2024… never received it to date (novembre 2024), no reply from customer service email. Money lost.

I was really happy to receive my order. The bag is so lovely. I honestly didn’t know what to expect, but I got it because it reminded me of a similar one from Verano Hill. I honestly really loved my order (I got a dress as well).
It came super speedily- I was stressed because I had a party and I didn’t think it’d come in time, but I was shocked that it came before the estimated.
I love the dress as well, but I lost a bit of weight so it doesn’t fit me as much- not their fault though. But it’s a corset, so I just keep it tight.

I ordered 2 dresses. One was perfect, just what I dreamed and beyond my expectations. The other one was different to what I had originally ordered! I wrote an email and a few hours later I got an amazing surprise! The Catchall team gave me a very quick response to help me solve the inconvenient!! And, of course, They have automatically sent to me the correct model!! Amazing customer service!
