Don’t trust, it’s a scam. Ordered a formal dress with express shipping. They say on the website it takes up to 4-8 business days to ship, but it took over a month to receive the dress in the mail. When I emailed them, I got the same, auto generated response every time. No customer service help.

I ordered a dress that ended up being too small. The dress was good quality and looked just like it did in the picture. I emailed customer service and they were very responsive and resolved my issue. I would order from here again, but will check the measurements.
Shipping does take longer so make sure to give yourself plenty of time to receive.

Could some let me know how long does it take the shipping to Europe?

Absolutely beautiful dress top quality dress lovely design , following journey with great updates on delivery . staff absolutely amazing and helpful as i needed a smaller size , great communication with them afterwards, so kind ordered me another one to be posted out , with honour to them absolutely 5 star treatment. Definitely order again .

Their customer service is awful, doesn't deserve not even 1 star. Ordered December and after few chasing email, only now in March 2025 they said first the 3 dresses ordered not on stock, then they said they can't send to my address, gave another, then said again 2 of the dresses not on stock, I said to send the existing one and refund the other two, they refunded all and I'm now left with no dresses for the event I have. Not to mention that every email was very frustrating, as they answered only what they wanted from my questions, needing multiple emails and days to partly answer my questions. AVOID THEM!

There was an issue with the package delivery but the company was quick to fix it. Excellent service and clothing. Would recommend.

I never received my item due to wrong address but my address is not wrong and I get my mail from everywhere else. I Sent multiple emails, and they took forever to reply, they don’t even have a phone number you can call to dispute an order. They stopped replying to me when I just asked for a refund. I had to dispute the order with my bank. This website is a scam.

This company is a scam!!! I ordered 3 dresses. After multiple emails I finally received one. Since December and now April still have not received the other two. I tried getting my money back with PayPal but this company asked me to resolve the dispute and then they would send my order. The are liars and thieves!!! Stay away

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Ordered two dresses. Needed to return them. It’s been 6 weeks and they still have not issued a refund. I’m sick that I’ve lost my money.
