Fantastically well made, well designed bed

While I had a bumpy time getting the delivery sorted (Domestic Distribution lost the first unit and then didn't rebook the delivery with the room placement option I had paid for), this was not the fault of Casa Bella and when the item did arrive it was of good quality, looks great and fits perfectly with the room.

As an aside it was missing the fixture pack to attach the legs, again not the direct fault of Casa Bella, and when I called them about it Sophie immediately sent out the fixture pack, which arrived the following day.

All is now good and it was worth the wait.
Thank you to Sophie and Poppy who were both attentive and helpful in resolving the failed first delivery and remediating the missing fixture pack.

The fact Casa Bella have a helpful front line staff available on the phone when needed, and who pick up and respond to your issues with efficiency is a massive plus point as far as I'm concerned.

So many companies hide behind online contact forms which generate a ticket to be added to the end of a long queue, and I commend Casa Bella for not being one of them!

When the table arrived it was packed extremely well to protect it.

If you like qaulity products & good customer service.
Go to Oak& more, Nkuku, cotswold company instead.
Poorly made, chipped tables, holes in tables, not solid mango at all & hinges on doors not checked before dispatched.
And when you do complain......it's on you,they take no accountability & you will need to chase them for you're refund.
They don't do what they say and keep you waiting.

The delivery time is way too long. But once the sideboard arrived it was really worth the wait. It is really well made and looks fantastic in my dining room.

Excellent piece of furniture. Arrived quickly and very well packaged. The delivery man was friendly and helpful.

The lady I spoke to clarify a few things after placing my order online was very helpful and had a lovely manner. Communications leading up to delivery were accurate and often enough to keep us informed. Delivery guys arrived promptly. There was an issue whereby they refused to unpack and remove packaging which we had paid for. Casa Bella were very prompt at refunding this amount and promised to raise with their courier to ensure a seamless process in future. The actual furniture is superb! Just as advertised, well priced and beautifully made. Would recommend despite our issue, as we believe that it is how a company resolves problems that shows their worth

We are delighted with our hi-fi unit. It is exactly as shown on the website and is very well made and sturdy - right down to good quality hinges and labelling of individual legs and holes so that pre-drilled holes match up exactly on assembly. We were kept informed of lead times and expected delivery dates throughout and the delivery company used were equally efficient. I would definitely buy from Casa Bella in future.

Beautiful tv cabinet. Excellent communication.

First time I have used Casa Bella and very pleased I did. Needed a TV unit to fit in a small space and the same wood as my dining table which I have had over 10 years. Pleased to say it fitted perfectly and is quite a good match. The unit is solidly built and only needed the legs attaching which is great no flat pack. Have ordered a small sideboard which I am still awaiting delivery. The only thing to complain about is delivery times wish they weren't so long.

Amazing service the delivery driver unpacked our dining table and took away all the packaging.

The blanket box was delivered by a very helpful man, who took it into the room that it was to be in. He was helpful and friendly. As for the box, I couldn't be happier with it.
