We placed our order with Casa Bella over two weeks ago and still have not received our order. Upon contacting them we were told to expect to wait 10 working days, and then having not heard anything still we rang them again and were told we would have to wait yet another 10 working days.
We have yet to receive our order so can not comment on the quality of the goods, I just wish this company put as much effort into their customer service and delivery service as they do into bombarding social media advertising. Really disappointing.

Second purchase from Casa Bella in a month. Furniture was very well packaged and delivered very quickly. Love the light mango wood finish to the two items I have bought. Rustic yet classy at the same time. Would be very happy to purchase form them again in the future.

Fantastic customer support, the staff went out of their way to help me with my order, the communication was prompt and helpful at every stage. The armchairs look amazing in our dining room!

Ordered multiple items, but delivery lead times varied. They hold all items until everything is in stock for a single delivery. If you require in stock items sooner, they charge additional delivery fee of £24.95. To clarify - ordered 3 items early April - 1 item in stock May, 1 item end of July and the other unknown delivery date. Paid extra for the stock item but thinking of cancelling rest of order as too slow. If it is not in stock and it will take 3 months, don't sell it (or don't charge extra for split deliveries).

I ordered the Imari 4 drawer chest. Beautiful piece of furniture. Came really well wrapped and all I had to do was put the drawer pulls on. Exceptionally satisfied and will definitely order from Casa Bella again!

I ordered a lovely solid mango wood bed which arrived in good time, and the delivery team were friendly and professional. For an extra fee, they placed everything in the room of my choice and took away all the packaging.

There were a couple of issues with the bed that led to a lot of frustration, etc, however the Casa Bella team did work with me to sort everything out, and I felt that in the end they made a genuine effort to put things right. I've updated my review to 4 stars to reflect that, and now that everything is sorted, I’m really pleased to have a beautiful and sturdy bed.

Overall, not a perfect experience to begin with, but a positive outcome in the end, and I’d be happy to purchase from Casa Bella again in the future.

Ordered a dressing table from this company. The wrong legs for the chair top were sent out and so wouldn't attach. I rang and explained and was told to send an email which I did. I was then told I would be charged £34 postage to swap the legs over. I had to explain again how this wasn't my fault and the legs didn't fit the chair top. All via email with 2 or there's days between replies. A new chair has been dropped off but the old stuff not picked up. I've been told three times this is being sorted however I have now had a box of the two mins matched chairs clogging up my hallway for almost a month with no reply to my latest enquiry about when it would be picked up. Really dreadful customer service.

This is a nice company to deal with. However they have recently changed supplier. I ordered a chest of drawers to match the existing Oslo range I have. It’s a completely different colour. Light mango wood is now much lighter than it used to be which is disappointing, I have also found the quality of the new supplier not to be as good.

Casa Bella customer service do try to sort issues.

I did have to wait 5 months for my furniture to arrive. Ordered October 2025 and arrived March 2026. Although again this was due to new supplier issues and I was kept updated.

I really wanted to love this company, but unfortunately my experience has been quite disappointing.
I initially ordered a vinyl record cabinet and waited several weeks for delivery. When it finally arrived at their Wearhouse, it was damaged. I was first offered a partial refund to accept the item with defects, but shortly after accepting and recieving the item I received a call to say the item had not been properly checked and was actually beyond repair. At that point, I was offered either a full refund or a replacement.
The issue is that most items are out of stock, and the lead times for items coming in stock are ridiculous and excessively long. While I understand the products are manufactured in India, the company really needs to improve inventory management or streamline production and shipping. As a result, my only options were to either wait over 12 weeks for a replacement or switch to a different, significantly more expensive item.
Reluctantly, I chose an alternative bookcase and requested a refund of my postage costs due to the inconvenience.
The replacement item has now arrived and, to be fair, it looks very nice. However, there are still notable issues. The door design means that closing them reduces the usable internal space by about an inch, so vinyl records cannot fit properly in the bottom section once the doors are shut. While I understand vinyl storage is not its primary purpose, it is still a frustrating design flaw not mentioned on the products description. Sophie on the phone was as helpful as she could be and was really nice.

Additionally, the hinges appear to have been marked or damaged during manufacturing, which further affects the overall quality impression.To add to the experience, the delivery partner was quite rude, which did not help matters.

Overall, this has been a frustrating experience. While the product has aesthetic appeal, the combination of poor quality control, stock issues, long lead times, and design limitations makes it difficult to recommend.
