Michelle was extremely helpful, responsive and professional throughout. She explained the situation clearly and kindly arranged a complimentary new Gold report, which provided the information I needed. It's refreshing to receive such excellent customer service. The report was excellent, I ran the report from this company after being disappointed by the lack of information around previous owners and when they changed in a car vertical report i had purchased.

I am first time car, in my 50s and only just learning to drive. Was advised my driving instructor to get a car to have some practice in.
