Less than unhelpful customer services
Customer service over a lost return has been terrible. Faulty shoes, offered gift card and return never reached them. Evri told me to speak to carvela and they have been beyond useless. Not what I expected from this brand. Avoid.

I received my order promptly. The boots that I ordered are of a high quality leather and very comfortable. In fact, the last order was the second pair of Champion boots that I ordered!

Disappointing and Lengthy Returns Process
The delivery was as expected, with no problems at all. However, the returns process is long and frustrating.
The shoes were too small, so I decided to return them. As there are no Carvela stores near me, I had to pay £4 for the return postage, even though I had already paid for the original delivery.
On top of this, it can take up to 14 working days to process the refund, followed by around five more days for the money to appear in your bank account. This is far too long for me, so I would not purchase shoes from Carvela again.

Lovely items shame about poor service
Lovely items when products actually arrive shame I had items just cancelled when you’ve paid for an order on line and are expecting them. Shoes really comfortable handbags I think are quite over priced for the quality and though. Fairly good choice in the range.

This has been the worst customer…
This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever received.
Responses take days, and there is little to no urgency in resolving customer issues.
I ordered a bag that was never delivered to me. The only “proof” of delivery I received was a photograph showing a pile of parcels. When I went downstairs immediately after receiving the notification, there was no parcel for me.
The delivery driver did not ring my doorbell or attempt to contact me. Instead, they left a number of parcels in an incorrect location and took a photograph. The image was not even taken in front of my designated letterboxes—it was in front of someone else’s. To make matters worse, there is a clearly visible notice stating that courier services must not leave parcels in that area, yet the driver ignored it.
Despite this, Carvela has informed me that I must bear the loss caused by the mistake of a third-party courier they chose to use. They continue to insist the parcel was delivered, even after I repeatedly explained that I never received it.
I requested that my complaint be escalated to a senior member of staff, but that request has been ignored. Instead, I keep receiving the same generic response. I have never experienced a company expecting a customer to pay for goods they never received.
If anyone from Carvela sees this review, please investigate my case.

The bag is amazing love it
The bag is amazing love it. It’s a shame they use EVRI to deliver, as I had to order it twice because the first parcel went ‘missing’. It was very stressful, then I had to wait 3 months before it came back on sale. Second attempt was delivered to a store this time.

I purchased a pair of Fascino mules at the weekend and wore them out yesterday.
I’m very disappointed with these shoes, although the uppers are extremely soft they have ripped the top of my feet to bits.
These shoes feature “all day long technology”
Stating they can be worn all day from morning to nighttime and not hurt .. please this is lies .. I had them on for less than half an hour and now I’m left unable to wear shoes as I have deep gouges on the tops of both feet which are extremely painful!
I won’t be purchasing shoes from here again!

I am extremely disappointed with…
I am extremely disappointed with Carvela’s customer service.
My parcel was marked as delivered, but I never received it. I provided Ring doorbell footage showing that no delivery was made to my property, yet Carvela dismissed this because the courier claimed the parcel was left in an “outbuilding/safe place.”
The problem is that I do not even have an outbuilding on my property.
Despite explaining this and providing evidence, I have been repeatedly asked for more CCTV footage of a location that does not exist. The proof of delivery photo provided does not clearly show my property, and I am still without the item I paid for.
As a customer, I expected Carvela to properly investigate a missing parcel rather than simply relying on the courier’s version of events. The handling of this issue has been frustrating and has left me feeling ignored.
I am now having to consider raising a dispute with my payment provider to recover my money.
Would not recommend based on my experience.

Very disappointed with CARVELA
Very disappointed with CARVELA. They took my money but I never received the product. The parcel was apparently delivered by Evri and left unattended, making it easy for it to go missing. Despite this, CARVELA refuses to take any responsibility and has been unhelpful in resolving the issue.
The customer service has been extremely poor, with little effort made to investigate or provide a satisfactory solution. As a customer, I expected better support when a delivery issue occurred. Instead, I've been left out of pocket with no product and no accountability from the retailer.
I would not recommend CARVELA based on this experience

Really badly fitting shoes
Really badly fitting shoes. Sized up and on one pair I literally couldn't even get my foot into the shoe. Paid for returns twice after repurchasing the same 3 pairs and have now given up.
