Very smooth transaction. Hamza was very polite and efficient.

Don't be fooled by the friendly chat. Price changed when I got there. The car was filthy, the cars were crammed together I couldn't start the carnor sit in the car. There was nothing to prove the car was ok. Car was supposedly had hpi checked but the whole side was damaged and repaired by the previous owner and was not disclosed. Brake discs were damages and was not disclosed. He was charging me extra to change ripped tyres and cracked faulty alloys. He was willing to sell me a car with faulty dics for only 14 days warranty. Took my deposit and refused to refund after I changed my mind before signing a contract. Too many red flags. Friendly but dangerous. Beware!

Bought my car from Edinburgh west branch. Good overall experience as Hamza dealt with our enquiries in a relaxed but professional manner. Pleased with condition of car when picked up as had been cleaned well.

Edinburgh West. Extremely poor communication from Hamza, absolutely awful, non-existent customer service. HP paid in full for the car on 12th May and was told the car would be available on 16th - what they didn’t mention is that it would be available *to them* for them to start checking the car. Outrageous.

Finally picked it up on the 30th after being without a car for a few weeks, almost pulled out but held my nerve as I saw they’d done an MOT. The holding deposit I paid, on the 8th May, which wasn’t part of the sale, still hasn’t been refunded (as of 10th July). I have had to commence a small claims procedure in order to retrieve the £200 deposit, that they’ve repeatedly promised to refund. There’s no option to contact anyone except their sales team or a “help” email (which they didn’t bother responding to).

Hamza looked at my address and was seemingly annoyed I hadn’t told him I live in Falkirk because it would’ve been more convenient for him. Well Hamza, I did in fact ask about this quite early on, but you didn’t bother responding even when I repeatedly asked when the car was going to be available. I had to phone and email for about a week to get any information at all.

Into the bargain, after voicing all these issues and after him not even bothering to apologise, he turned round the QR code and asked for a review. Well here’s your review Hamza, spend an extra minute responding to customers with proper information and they might just appreciate it 🙄

Lesson learned, will stick to dealers trusted by friends and family, will never be back to this farcical company of snake oil salesmen and I suggest anyone reading this do the same.

DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM THEM!
We bought a car from a high price a few months ago and we found how the car is not safe o drive. We tried to contact them many time as this is clearly a misrepresentation of the car and it is not in working order. Pure scam company. We are not the only clients feeling scammed, check comments online!
Car is undrivable, customer service is awful! Those people are professional scammers!

Untruthful..... with held information on a cupra TYPO MILEAGE 30,000 miles, it had done over 160,000. Disgusting traders. Ongoing legal advice, refused to take calls and not replying to messages or legal recorded letters. BE WARNED!

I financed a car from here, a ford kuga. I was told it would be 14 days, never heard anything about 1 week later they called and said they were doing the MOT and needed a sensor I said fine was told this could take a while. About two week past I tried numerous times to contact them to no avail. When I finally made contact they said the car needed a new gear box. I was gob smacked, how can they be advertising and seeling cars and they do not know what repairs need done? I was also without a car at this point and needed a car for my job! Luckily I was able to cancel the finance to them but what should of been a quick straight forward process wasn't. My finance company kept telling my I couldn't take out more finance untill this was paid back to them. I called them and they would lie saying they had processed it back and that I shouldn't be chasing it up as it was non of my buisness! This in total took about two months before they paid the money back. Luckily I was able to take out finance and got my self a car from a reputable garage. This caused a really a stressful time and there customer service is non existent. I have occasionally went on and checked what ford kugas are for sale. Guess what its the same ones including the one I was going to buy! I would stear well clear of these crooks, seeling unsafe cars.

Bought a car off cars 4 you, audi S5.. and the plan was to have it delivered from Edinburgh to ullapool (211) miles. Car was ready with fresh mot and service and in ullapool within the week. Hamza who i was dealing with was great, although communication could of been a little stronger from time to time... but other than that service and delivery was great, hamza promised to have the car delivered as I live on a Island and had to get a ferry... he stuck to his promise and I managed to get a quick delivery and catch the same ferry back which is fantastic! Much appreciated to hamza and team at cars 4 you. With my experience I would recommend this business for sure. Car was in fantastic condition, with all new tyres and clean throughout. Got scammed by these lowlifes a couple years ago. This seems to be a common trend. If I could help in any lawsuits against them then I am all in.
