Total scammers I had 4x parking charges off these Thieves for parking on the land that was owned by a very large telecoms company,I had full authority to be there and gave my registration to the bloke who worked in the security hut every day as instructed I then get 4x parking fines and appealed them all as we had full authority to be on the land but then months later out of the blue I get a court letter for 1x parking fine saying I have not give them any information which I have a e mail to prove firms like this must be shut down by the government clamping was banned and Scammers like this need putting out of business

I got £100 penalty even in free car parking totaly disgusting be careful next time

Avoid Parkingeye car park on the holy trinity church on tower rd in Newquay The anpr takes your registration as you go in& that is the time you get charged from. We tried three times to download the app which were unable to do because the area’s internet is poor, so had to scrape together the cash to put in the machine & it took a total of 13 minutes. I paid £6 for 5hours & was just 3 minutes late from my ticket time. Avoid this car park as it is a rip off,with yet again another cowboy car park firm.

I had to attend a hospital appointment for very worrying news. I parked in this carpark and deliberately took cash as I knew you had to pay to park. I paid my money put in my registration and printed my ticket. You could only purchase an all day ticket and only there a few hours, so well covered my stay. my ticket was clearly displayed. Once I left I obviously disposed of my ticket thinking I wouldn't need it anymore.
How wrong i was I got a letter for a fine for parking without paying. I obviously appealed and asked them to check their machine as you have to put in your registration so they could trace my payment, they rejected my appeal saying they cannot find my registration in the system and the signage clearly states to put in your full registration which I did and it was printed on the ticket which I read for times etc walking back my car. Paying with coins they know you can't prove you paid and I believe they do this deliberately to cash payers to extort more money. horrible company. You can't call or reply to their appeal outcome. I will be taking legal advice on this. Do not use their carparks

How are you meant to get hold of a company that has no bloody contact details at all! Get home to find a letter from a balifis to say I need to pay for a parking fine from 2019! Back in 2019 I paid for the car parking but the camera did not pick up my reg so I just put in for the time I calculated there and did not pick up a receipt didn't think I needed to but hey few days later hit with the debt, paid it off and now 2 years later I now get a letter demanding £170 to be paid from a debt collector, can't phone these people to see why on earth they have decided to send it over to a debt collectors and can't even get hold of the bloody debt collectors to see what is going on! If I had a bill to pay you would think this company would be sending me letters demanding there money constantly but yet I have had no contact from anybody! Such a joke of a company

I am a hospital doctor with a courtesy car after mine was hit on my way home. Registered the new car on my account on the 17/01/2021 and the permit shows this is valid from 17/01/2021. Sure enough I park on 18/01/2021 and I have a parking fine. I appealed this showing my valid permit and hear nothing for 5 months ('could take longer due to covid'). The next correspondence I get is a 'Final notice' threatening court action and in this saying my appeal was rejected but the time since this has now elapsed and I cannot lodge any further appeals. How they can reject this appeal given the 17th Jan is clearly before the 18th Jan is beyond me. I cannot call, I cannot email, I can only send a written letter. I have written a letter with my proof of permit again. I have now been contacted by a debt recovery firm who I have called to explain and they, to their credit, were quite reasonable. I will be taking this to court and am considering legal action against Car Parking Partnership as this is such a horrible company with tactics tantamount to bullying people into paying when there is no infringement of the terms of use. Glad I worked through covid as a front line doctor to be treated like this when I am parking in the staff car park to do this job.

Without doubt the slyest, most devious and dodgiest company I have ever dealt with, absolutely no way of contacting them, they email you but you can't email back, they don't have a call centre where you can speak to anyone just a automated payment service, their so called customer service dept is also automated and their head office phone number is a dead line, only way to get in touch with these cowboys is by mail and if you want to ensure they get it you have to send recorded delivery. My advice is just don't pay the fines until seeking legal advice as if you appeal via Popla you are then screwed as you can't do anything after that and have to pay. Make it as difficult for them to get your money as they make it difficult to contact them. All I wanted from them was to set up a payment plan to pay my fine and it's took me 8 months. They are a joke

I really don’t know what to do I paid the fine back in February and they keep harassing me and saying “ letter before County Court Claim.
I have sent proof of payment and they are still threatening me.
Please help I have never had any debt against my name ever.

My problem is exactly the same as James Sears the review below - at Walsgrave Hospital.

Paid my money for a ticket, was told I parked in a PERMIT only car park.

Questioned why thye had a payment machine if it was permit only.

Asked for proof showing my car entering the car park with correct signage showing as I entered. They sent a picture of my car and generic parking signs that could have been at any car park.

This is robbery!! We do not want to be in a Hospital car park in the first place and the to pay for the tivket and then fined £100 on top is a disgrace.

We need a petition against the parking companies - its daylight robbery !!!

Absolute joke, went to hospital, paid for my stay via the machine and got a receipt, although the anpr hadnt picked up my reg on the machine, it picked it up to issue the fine though, appealed and sent a copy of the receipt with my reg on in which was rejected on the basis this car park was for permit holders and was clearly sign posted, there wasnt a single sign post for this and why would there be a pay machine on the car park if it was only for permit holders, absolute scammers shouldnt be allowed to manage car parks. Would be zero stars if it would allow, avoid these car parks at all costs dont put money in the pockets of these jokers.

Didn't want to give one star on this it doesn't deserve it. I parked to collect parcel from royal mail next door (Previously we got 15 minutes to go to royal mail) I spent SEVEN minutes in car park and got charged £5 for it. Absolutely disgraceful way to make money out of drivers. I'll never ever use these car parks again, I'd rather walk. I'll also put these details on social media so drivers are aware. This car park is for commuters only and should be advertised as that. They haven't got telephone numbers for complaints either.

Got a £60 fine for parking at a hospital. I paid for a period of time and went in. Spent loads of time waiting in the hospital being 28th December. A few weeks later I got the fine letter and appealed.
They refused the appeal on the basis I went over the time which I agreed with but then noticed they do not print the expiry time, only the time entered. Surely this expiry time is the most important information that should be printed on a parking ticket.

I am a hospital doctor and during a recent visit to Colchester Hospital, I paid my car parking fee with cash as the machines were faulty and not accepting card payment. Unfortunately I did not think of printing a receipt at the time as the payment was made using my car Reg number. I was surprised to receive a penalty notice that the payment was not made. I requested them to check CCTV next to the payment machine as evidence which they did not reply to. Secondly, they produced a 5 page document of car payments made for the cars entering the car park from 9.15 am to POPLA, a supposedly an independent organisation. However my car entered the car park before 9 am!! Both CPP and POPLA didn't think it was a relevant point and have declined my appeal.
Please make sure you print a receipt whenever you pay with cash or pay with your card to avoid wasting your time with this company.

Parked in a local car park on BOXING DAY.... not another single car in the car park. I only drove their as my son had a new bike and was too afraid to bike down the path to the car park. I sat in the corner of the car park and watched my son and daughter use their bikes and skates for 20 minutes, then we left.
I then receive a letter yesterday (15th Jan) saying I had been fined £35 for not paying for a ticket! (it was boxing day in a deserted car park for god sake!!)
The letter stated if I didn't pay by 13th the fee would increase to £70.....I didn't get the letter until 15th!!!

Of course I cannot get through to anyone to state this so I've just paid the fine to move on, which is what they want of course!

It's a shame there's not a no star rating.
They must know that there are problems with their machines at the Coventry Hospital, but still send out fines.
My sister had to take my 85 year old Dad for a minor operation after he was mugged in the week before Xmas. He cannot walk very far and has just got a blue badge. We were shocked that blue badge holders have to pay for parking at the hospital, and my sister was most indignant when she got him home that it had cost £9.90.
Until the £60 fine letter arrived my sister assumed that she had paid the £9.90 when she swiped her card, why wouldn't she? When the Parking Charge Notice arrived she checked her bank statement and the payment was £2.80. This must have been a machine error, it cannot have been a human error.
We have tried to pay the £7.10 difference, but the only amount you can pay is the £60.
There are numerous stories about system issues at Coventry Hospital, the Carparkingpartnership need to get their act together, and stop causing hospital patients all this grief.

During multiple visits to UHCW in recent years, the CPP payment machine has virtually never been able to supply me with a record of my vehicle details.
It is therefore curious how it managed to send me a photograph together with a fine to the tune of £100.00 in December a week or so after I had duly paid for 6 hours in A&E.
Between negotiating wheelchairs for disabled relatives, I must on each occasion make a mental note of our arrival time to ensure correct payment before I leave.
The main reason I checked the reviews and decided to add mine, was the appalling letter I received today. The comments: 'on this occasion... as a goodwill gesture... and they were dropping the charges' may have been acceptable if they had written 'after reviewing the information' I had supplied and left it at that.
However, the CPP email:
- comments that I had inserted the incorrect vehicle registration which is not only inaccurate but beyond ridiculous and
- refused to address my criticism that their machine almost NEVER recognises my number plate.
I suspect it is a standard/automated reply through their 'No Reply' email address and that given the 93% one star reviews before mine that CPP neither read their reviews let alone care to address the gross inadequacies in their system.

Absolutely disgusting! Got issued a parking fine even though had a disabled pass on view at Rugby Hospital. Why don't the hospital do something about this thieving company with all these negative reviews? Absolutely shocked, shame on CPP. Pathetic!!

This has to be the worst company that I have ever dealt with. The signage in the car park used did not correspond with the payment methods. The company who take payments is different from the one managing the car park. They are not contactable except through an appeals portal on their website. They do not read messages, there is no adequate help available. The phone numbers given do not give help. the support email on the signage took a week to reply, then said that you have 8 hours to pay after leaving the car park. I'm being chased to pay a parking fine, but they will not respond to any questions that I have.

I don’t even really want to give this despicable company 1 star.
They are trying to get money out of me for parking OUTSIDE their car park.
I have asked for photographic evidence, but they appear to have none.
I was parked on double yellow lines, displaying my blue badge, all legally correct, but these morons fail to acknowledge this.
I hope they are investigated very soon, as the reviews are horrendous, daylight robbery.
This company should be closed down ASAP
