Nadie nos avisó que no hicieramos el viaje. Nos enteramos alli. Por los comentarios, parece que para que te den un buen servicio, debes ser extranjero.

Nicht einmal 1 Stern wert...eher minus 1000. Haben vor 3 Jahren einen Audi A4 gekauft. Angeblich Unfallfrei, nur kleine Lack Reparaturen im Front Bereich. Wollten dieses Auto nur zur Übergangszeit bis mein neues Auto da ist. Haben immerhin knapp 30000 Euro bezahlt. Beim Verkaufsversuch mussten wir feststellen, daß das Auto einen riesigen Front Schaden ca. 20000 Euro hatte. Keiner wollte was davon wissen und wie gewohnt fresch und unhöflich. Geschäftsführer wechseln schneller wie man denkt und sind nie erreichbar oder schon wieder im Ausland. Gibt nur irgendwo einen Briefkasten. Trotz Gerichtsurteil und Gerichtsvollzieher bekommen wir kein Geld. Da Person nicht auffindbar ist. Kauft besser euer Auto bei einem Autohändler eures Vertrauen auch wenn das Auto ein paar Euro mehr kostet.

Dit is direct gemeld, maar na drie dagen wachten is er nog steeds geen enkele oplossing of reactie gekomen. Dit is in strijd met de verwachtingen van een correcte dienstverlening. Ik raad anderen aan om voorzichtig te zijn en hun rechten als consument goed te kennen.

Im Juli kaufte ich einen Audi A6 mit 57.000 km und schloss eine zweijährige Garantieverlängerung ab. Vor zwei Monaten bemerkte ich einen Motorölwanne undicht. Ich kontaktierte den Händler und erhielt die Antwort, dass dies nicht von der Garantie abgedeckt sei. Auch die Zentralverriegelung funktioniert nicht richtig. Daraufhin wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Fehlersuche 220 Euro pro Stunde koste, obwohl ich rund 800 Euro für die Garantie bezahlt hatte. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und werde dort nie wieder ein Auto kaufen!

The vehicle’s range was far below what was advertised, the mileage was nearly 900 miles higher than stated, and I was overcharged by £1,000. To top it off, they ignore all my emails when I try to address these issues. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

Car outlet UK Dartford - Terrible experience with this company. Bought 2020 Ford Tourneo Connect in December 2023 for transporting children with special needs, on the way home (From the Republic of Ireland) after purchasing the vehicle the engine management light came on at 100miles North of London. Contacted the company and they told me to continue driving the vehicle back to Ireland and they would sort out any issues with the car.. We are now at the end of April and this is the 6th time the vehicle has been with the main Ford dealer in Ireland. The vehicle has had a range of different error codes from exhaust issues to engine problems. Dealing with a guy in the caroutlet going by the name of ASH his real name been Arthur .. not sure why they give false names… Ash/Arthur was ok to deal with at the start but he turned nasty when I asked if they were going to reimburse me for the costs €2,300. They gave me €1500 in the end after I threatened small claims court. Currently I’m out of pocket nearly €1500 at the moment and different error codes are still appearing.. This is a terrible company and would not recommend. Buyer be ware.. The cars are not checked mechanically and seem to be all bought in Auctions..

Ich hatte organisatorische Fragen zur Kaufabwicklung und wollte mir einen Termin für eine Probefahrt mit ernsthaften Kaufabsichten ausmachen. Meine Email wurde ignoriert und telefonisch erreichte ich nur eine "Telefonzentrale", wo mir weder Auskunft über die Verfügbarkeit, noch zur Kaufabwicklung erteilt werden konnte. Nach Abfrage meiner Daten und meines Anliegens wurde mir versprochen, dass mich ein zuständiger Verkäufer zurückrufen würde. Dies wurde mir innerhalb von drei aufeinander folgenden Tagen dreimal versprochen - auf diese Rückrufe warte ich immer noch. Mittlerweile ist dieses für mich sehr attraktive Fahrzeug natürlich nicht mehr verfügbar - Besten Dank @ "Outlet Cars"!

Me a costado la gracia mas de 1.000€ y todavía dice el sinvergüenza del dueño (Emilio), que en el taller me han timado, que el lo hubiera cambiado todo por menos de 250€ . REPITO.... NO COMPREIS NADA AHÍ.

Cuidado con esta empresa. Sus autos son malos y estafan a las personas con garantías que afirman obtener a cambio de un pago. Cuando tienen que arreglar el auto, hay que esperar varios meses y tal vez 1 año para tener el auto listo. la empresa esta registrada

Compro una kia carnival con 21 años y cuando la voy a ver tiene una serie de desperfectos que me comentan que lo arreglan. Me llaman 1 semana despues para recogerla cuando me lo iban a dar en dias y cuando llego la defensa del copiloto sigue rota cuando se supone la habían arreglado. Se la llevan para arreglarla y me dicen que tiene dos juntas perdiendo aceite por lo que las dos entregas que me han dado despues de hacerme ir la primera vez, me la van anulando contándome varias cosas hasta que finalmente me reconocen no haberse dado cuenta en la revisión supuestamente que le hacen antes de entregarlo de que tenía perdidas de aceite. Les come to que al no ser consciente de esa avería no quiero el vehículo y se niegan a devolverme la fianza. Se suponen que los coches están revisados y solo le hacen cambios de filtro para llevártelo y realmente no tienen ni idea del estado en el que tienen los vehículos. Son súper informales y dejan mucho que desear en cuanto al trato.
