Perfect from start to finish. We knew all fees up front. Shuttle bus collected is within 10 mins and getting the car was easy, as was dropping it back off. Shuttle bus came quickly again to take us to airport. Would definitely recommend!

The main issue was being charge 15 eros for brining the car back 30 mins early - I though this was unessesary. Also we had to wait over 30 mins for a bus at the airport to collect us and take us to pick the car up.
Everything else was great

Thank you for your review.
We hope you are well. We apologise for any inconvenience caused during your stay. We would like to clarify that the charge of €15 relates to the surcharge for a return outside normal office hours, before 9.00 am. We also apologise for the wait for the transfer bus at the airport; we work to coordinate pick-ups and reduce waiting times during peak periods, but there may be times when demand is particularly high, leading to delays.
We are pleased to hear that, apart from these minor issues, you were satisfied with the rest of the service. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to ensuring your next visit to Málaga runs completely smoothly.
Kind regards,
The CarGest team.

100% recommended
This is the 4th time we rented a car with Cargest.
First 3 times everything was perfect, no issue what so ever.
This time we had issues with the car (break pad worn down alert, service needed, low tire pressure). Not what we are used by Cargest.
Very fast after our email we got a reply to come and change the car. Got a mayor upgrade without even asking!
So you can be sure, IF there is an issue they reply and help you right away!
Next time we will choose Cargest once again!
