No service at all, several alarm issues
At the pickup the car had several alarm issues, two issues being engine issues related to oil and another being a refill of the AdBlue. The engine could only run 500km according to the engine computer with the risk of not starting anymore and needed service. Tires were also too soft according to the car’s computer, although this is a minor issue. Personal was unwilling to solve any of these issues in first instance and were very rude, they did not care less. We had to drive to another location of the rental company ourselves to fix these problems. This is ridiculous, I expect a working car at pickup, not that I need to solve any technical problems with the car and spend 2 hours of my day. Also at return the personal was rude and hasty.

We hope you are well. We regret the situation you have described. We apologise for the inconvenience caused by delivering a vehicle with system warnings, as well as for the time you had to spend travelling to arrange the exchange. We also take your comments regarding the service you received at both collection and return very seriously, as they do not reflect the standard of service we expect from our staff.
Please do get in touch with us via email at booking@cargest.com, providing your contract number so that our quality department can thoroughly investigate what happened and find out who assisted you with the return.
We hope you’ll give us another chance!

Ich war überhaupt nicht begeistert von…
Ich war überhaupt nicht begeistert von Cargest.
1. Ich habe ein Mail erhalten, das wars. Keine Beschreibung wo der Shuttle parkiert, also musste ich selber suchen.
Also nur schlechte Erfahrungen.

First of all I want to thank Cargest for their great service and support.
First of all, the shuttle bus comes every ten minutes and the drivers are very helpful with luggage and everything. The minute we arrived the processing to receive the car was quick and smooth. We took the premium pack for our rental. The car was excellent, clean and as promised.
The service was also great at drop off, very fast and smooth and the shuttle bus was also there and very efficient.
We scratched the car in our hotel garage but the processing of the accident at drop off was smooth and quick, the premium package was a great option. I thank the employees for being super friendly and helpful.
Thank you again for this great service and experience.
