Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service, staff were polite and friendly. Gave me lots of information about the car and their products and the drive away insurance for 5 days was helpful

Quality cars & excellent service
Bought our daughters first car from here, went to see it and test drive it. Car was well looked after, clean bodywork and lots of paperwork with it. Salesman was friendly and understanding. They gave us a really good warranty package and delivered the car to us.

Very well priced cars
Very well priced cars, huge selection and friendly staff. I was amazed by the condition of the car and the level of cleaning it’s had. I couldn’t fault the car and the staff 👍🏼

Friendly and professional staff
Friendly and professional staff. Reserved a car with a £100 deposit, went to see it. The car was lovely with all the relevant paperwork and they gave me a good price for my old car to make a easy change.

Really Pleased with the whole purchase
Found a car I liked on their site, phoned them up and they arranged for me to come in the next day. I left with the car the same day I viewed it! Really pleased.

Vastaus yritykseltä My New Car England
Hi James, thank you for your review and we wish you happy motoring!
Deceptive
Deceptive! Price agreed on the phone. On site, they pushed all the usual rubbish to reduce my trade in value further. Hidden admin costs too to boost their profits. Once the sale was pushed through, I was then told I'd need to apply for the V5. Sold with a dodgy 12 month MOT by their mates down the road to mask a multitude of faults. Their valeting is first class though. Proved that you can actually polish a t urd. 1 week later and the horrendous signs of abuse came through. High pitch squeel developed from a worn timing belt pulley. Discs & pads needed all round. 2 blow outs. Drivers door seal worn and whistling. Air con compressor stopped working. White pen marks inside panels obtained from the scrappies. Took to a paint correction/detailing company who confirmed it had been in an unrecorded smash. The rear near side quarter had more filler than a plastic surgeons store room. A fake off site customer services line failed to achieve even a basic call back. AVOID like the plague! Had my eyes out! Cost me thousands!
