I first meet Ian Dawson about month ago and could not be happy with our new till and card Manchine had more help off them in month than my old provider did in seven years also nice to able to see someone face to face for the set up till and card Manchine
Always end the of a phone if you need help which is a plus
Simple to set up and easy to use even for a none tec person like me
Zettle is the way forward for me with cip card Manchine high recommend and the most important part big saving on my bill

I was made aware of Zettle and contacted by Andy Aisthorpe who clearly explained their fees and organised a free card reader. The fees are lower than my previous supplier (who I was actually happy with and thought I was getting a good deal already!). Pleased I’ve switched. All good so far.

Andy gave great service & support with providing our new card machine. We’ve saved a lot of money & the machine works perfectly so we are very happy! Would definitely recommend.

Andy has been there every step of the way, from advice and recommending what machines would best suit my business and the volume of transactions that we process it’s certainly been a pleasure to deal with him.
My only negative is (on my part) is I should of use Andy and CIP years ago!

Had our new installl today, very happy with everything, Ian Dawson was very helpful and answered all my questions, excellent all round.

I sent Andy a message on a Facebook group at approximately 8am on Thursday morning as I was opening a new store on Mothering Sunday and had been let down at the last minute by another POS and Credit Card acceptance company.
I was absolutely amazed at the speed and efficiency at which Andy was able to gather all the information he needed as regards my business needs and what I needed in order to open in only 2 days time.
By approximately 11am on the same day Andy had processed my order...organised delivery of all the equipment required including a till drawer,i-pad till,and credit card acceptance terminal.
Everything arrived the following day and Andy was constantly communicating with myself to keep me updated as to the progress of my order and even helped me set up my till system.
I cannot stress how impressed I was with the level of customer service and care that was received from Andy and his company....we are now happily set up ready to trade and it only took less than 48 hours from my first call.
Absolutely 100% recommend Andy to anyone who needs a till system tailored specifically to their individual circumstances and business requirements.

An excellent experience from start to finish. I can't praise Aidan enough for his advice and ongoing support. Everything which was promised was delivered. Aidan even installed the machine on a Saturday which must have been his day off. Great service and I would have no hesitation in recommending.

Ted Wardle was a very easy guy to work with , and the service was efficient and he is always on the end of the phone if you need him. I would highly recommend him and CIP to anyone needing to install or renew a card machine.

Zoe obviously knows her stuff and was able to provide us with a range of options so we could choose the best solution for us. As well as being knowledgeable, she is also tenacious and she didn't let any small hiccups delay progress during the installation of our new system.

Aidan from Card Industry Professionals has been amazing throughout our whole transition from a large card processing company. We really do feel like valued customers with regular check ins and catch ups. We couldn't recommend CIP any more. No question is too small or insignificant and the responses are super quick too! We have dealt with Karen Fabrizi and she has been wonderful. The process of finding new card machines/providers for our two businesses has been quick and easy with Karen's help. She is always at the end of the phone for assistance and she promptly replies to emails. Would highly recommend CIP.
