The software is easy to use, assists in improving our firms productivity. Capium support is quick and helpful. The software is always improving.

I've been using Capium for over a year now, and I feel it's important to share my experience. While the software has potential, there are several significant flaws that need to be addressed.
One major issue I encountered was with the Corporation Tax return. Despite trusting the software, it failed to pull figures directly from the Trial Balance module. I had to manually input each figure, which defeated the purpose of automation. This led to incorrect returns being filed with HMRC, which I later had to amend.
Another ongoing issue is with the handling of closing stock. The balance sheet does not automatically reflect the closing stock from the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and again, manual adjustments are required. This kind of manual intervention increases the risk of errors and undermines confidence in the platform.
Additionally, the technical support is quite slow. Response times can take up to four days, and replies often feel automated rather than genuinely helpful.
In summary, while Capium offers some useful features, the current flaws and poor support make it difficult to rely on for accurate and timely submissions. There are many other flaws, which is impossible to go though all of them here. Their 2nd line of support is aware of them. I hope the developers address these issues soon.

Capium software is a brilliant end-to-end product, from bookkeeping to filing. Software support is outstanding and I will recommend it any day!!

I have been using Capium for years now. Their software is constantly updating and when tickets raised for issues or queries they are responded to and resolved in a timely manner. I met Nicholas at the Fab Festival who was able to help me through some queries and I must say he helped immensely!! I am using Capium software since November 2019 (bookkeeping, payrol self assessment, accounts production and CT600 modules) and I am very hapy that I choosed thad software as I have everything what I need in one place. The software offers fantastic value for money. All the modules work well, the support is really good, they try to resolve anything you raise quickly. I would definately recommend that anyone considering changing software or new to the market has a look at Capium and tries a demo.

I am new Capium user and learning everything from scrach. I am enjoing it a lot. Thanks to amazing support I can solve all my problems quicky and easily. My assingn manager Chandini always resolve my issuses, explaining everythig with detalis she never rush so I can learn a lot from her. After training sesion if neede I am reciving email with step by step gide for myself which i can practice in my free time. Overall very happy with Capium!

I have been happily using Capium software (primarily accounts, self assessment, corporation tax and practice management modules) for three years. The support team has a friendly attitude and provides a reliable support service. If my problem cannot be resolved immediately, someone always calls back with a solution within an acceptable time scale.

Capium is a cloud-based software and I use all its modules. They are straightforward to use. You can call their helpline for any issues you cannot find help within their help module and your problem is resolved within minutes.

Capium is the Best software out there for Accountants. It is very easy to set up and use and the support is outstanding. We are able to receive support even outside of the usual Monday - Friday working hours i.e evenings and weekends we have received calls from Support to answer even the smallest query. The platform itself is amazing and we specifically like it because all Modules are on the Cloud. The Payroll Module is very good, which we use to also give access to clients to access their Payslips. We also use Accounts Production and Corporation Tax for Advanced Accounts Filing and Tax work such as R&D processing. We are very happy customers since 2019 and we keep recommending to other accountants as it is by far the best software for Accountants. There are also new modules coming up. This in addition to Practice Manager which integrates with Companies House for deadlines management, timesheets, and email automations really helps us to ensure that no deadlines are ever missed.

I use the Capium payroll module for various businesses and it's really easy to use and has all the features that I need. I'd definitely recommend it and have recommended it to other professionals.

I have been using Capium for more than 4 years in a roll. I have had a great experience with the software and the customer service is second to none.

I recently onboard a client on the payroll module. The system importing template for timekeeping is configured in HH:MM:SS. My client submit timesheet in decimal. I contacted Capium and they create an excel sheet template which I can use to convert decimal to time and sent this to me. This help reduce manual process of conversion. Therefore, I am able to use the system timesheet template with easy.

We have just moved to Capium for Self-Assessment, Accounts Production and Corporation Tax. Chandini our account manager has been very helpful for the onboarding process.
It is still early days, but we have used it for all three, and it works well at a good price.
Still learning to use all the features, and ad-hoc telephone support has been very good.

I use Capium for Accounts Production and CT600's. It's super easy to use with a nice user interface. There is a very efficient ticketing system for obtaining help and assistance with any queries. I'm so glad I chose to go with Capium.
