I ordered a dress a month ago and it hasn’t yet shipped. I’ve tried to contact them via email and Instagram DMs and I can’t get a response or an update. I’m really upset because I wanted the dress that I ordered. Also not only is their website down, their Amazon shop is also down and I was considering reordering from there. They need to fix their issues quickly.

Il mio pacco non è mai arrivato, ho ricevuto il rimborso (come minimo ) solo dopo più di un mese di richieste di spiegazioni su dove fosse il mio pacco.
Disorganizzati e assolutamente poco affidabili

J’ai commandé une paire de chaussures il y a deux semaines et je n’ai aucunes nouvelles de mon colis même après avoir envoyé 4 mails.
Je vous déconseille fortement de commander sur ce site, ils sont injoignables.

I ordered 2 items on 1/6/23
it arrived weeks after and they were tiny and horrible quality. Very cheap. I have been sending emails daily requesting a return label and instructions to return them but the site is down and no one has responded. I will be reporting this asap! Though I received the items I ordered, both items are way too little. Very poor quality and customer care. I will never purchase from this company!

I ordered 4 items on Dec 31st, The order never came, tracking number doesn’t work, their website shut down and service client non responsive. This is extremely frustrating

** Update I got the dress! Showed up one day randomly and it’s great! Really wish the tracking was better otherwise it wa sa good purchase :)

I can’t really rate higher till I get the dress itself but the tracking info / part of site doesn’t work and no one’s replied to my emails regarding updates and I’m hoping my item actually does eventually make it to my door…I ordered on Dec 27 and got a confirmation it shipped same day with a tracking number and order number but I can’t seem to do anything with either.

ask about the return and refund, no one email back and solve the problem

Toda la ropa que venden es de Aliexpress. Puedes probar a sacar una captura de cualquiera de sus artículos y buscarla mediante imagen en la página de Aliexpress, y comprobarás que todo es de allí. Además podrás comprar el artículo mucho más barato (aunque tarde un poco más el envío)
No recomiendo comprar absolutamente nada en Cape Clique, te están estafando: precios muy elevados para la calidad de la prenda, que además puedes adquirir más barato en su proveedor Aliexpress.

I ordered one top, it came in 10 days and in good condition. No complaints!

Dress looked amazing as my NYE outfit. Very good quality. Ordered it initially in Small but had to reorder in Medium (my mistake, i hadn't bought dresses in a while)

Worst experience!! DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. I have made a large order nearly €200, but the quality is so poor and cheap. I asked for a refund because their website states i can have a refund within 14. They are refusing me to refund my money and when i asked why they responded with “its not fair on us” i have never experienced something like this, the worst customer service, and extremely unprofessional. I have 22 emails sent back and forth, it’s illegal for them to refuse a refund when on their website it states i can have one within 14 days of delivery date. Avoid this website at all costs.

Clothing is very bad and poor quality. Items seem like costumes. None of the items purchased I will be wearing unfortunately. I was in a trip when the items arrived and I was unable to get a refund or credit because of the 30day returning policy. At least credit would be nice in this scenario. Will not be purchasing at Cape Clique again.

I have 3 pieces from here and I love them all!! Such a cool brand, true to size and great material

Everything I order is always SO flattering, great quality and fits perfectly. A lot of pieces have perfect stretch. The pieces are t super trendy. Everything washes well. I’ll be ordering 1000 more outfits 😍
