This company is not helpful at all once they get their money. I have recommended them in the past but will never recommend them again. It is impossible to talk to anyone in management when sales, service and delivery are atrociously unhelpful.
I am saddened by this as I try to support Canadian business but I find they are seriously lacking in the after sale service.

Disspointing Experience
I purchased a floor model TruArctic washer and dryer set. After delivery, the dryer never worked at all. We spent time troubleshooting over the phone, and eventually a technician was sent to inspect it. I was then told that they no longer carry or support this model, so the dryer would need to be returned for a refund. However, they are only willing to refund the defective dryer, not the matching washer.
How am I supposed to stack a different brand dryer with a TruArctic washer? Selling a matching set but only refunding half of it leaves the customer with an unusable setup.
What is even more concerning is that they sold a defective floor-model appliance that they apparently no longer support or even know how to repair. On top of that, they offered me an extended warranty for an appliance they cannot service. What would happen if the appliance failed during the warranty period?
This experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. The return process has also been very difficult and slow. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before purchasing from Canadian Appliance Source
or buying the TruArctic brand

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Stove didn’t work on delivery day. Reached out to Sales via email and voicemail. Not one call was returned. I finally drove there to explain. Was given a Whirlpool 800 #.
Spent a long time painful time talking to them. RF Appliance came out and couldn’t resolve anything. Technician thought we may require a new wiring harness and or control board. Those parts are not in stock. We want a replacement range ASAP. You have two in stock apparently.

I purchased a fridge and microwave from…
I purchased a fridge and microwave from Canadian Appliance in Dec. buy the time i hooked up the water to the new fridge and took the old microwave out i had been a few days. by the time i called it had been an hour past the 48 hours they give you to return the product that is damaged. there was no damage at all to the box so it was probably done at the factory, not a big deal stuff happens...but they refused to even take my call or email to tell me how to go about getting it repaired or replaced. i emailed the salesman that sold it to me and he never returned my e-mail. finally frigidaire after seeing the pictures said they would replace it but it took until now(April 17th) to finally get it. i'll never order anything from them again, they seemed sort of shaddy when i was ordering it from them, it almost sounded like a scam at first. i actually told him i would call back...i looked up the number and info just to be safe before i gave out my credit card. not a very good company. the instructions say to leave it in the box front down. once your ready to install lift it out of the box onto the installation brackets, so absolutely no way to see the front nor to test it prior to installation. I told the person this then she came up with a different excuse not to honor the warranty.
