Très déçu du service. Commander pour 10,000 d’électro. En avril 2025. Livraison le 29 Septembre. Pas de lave vaisselle ds cette livraison. Depuis personne ne s’occupe de nous impossible de faire livrer le lave vaisselle

Nous avons été très impressionnés par le professionnalisme du personnel de C.A.S, tant à la vente qu’à la livraison. Notre vendeur Caciano a été d’une efficacité remarquable, sans pression, sans chichi. Bravo! J’ai rarement vu des livreurs aussi gentils, polis, attentionnés, aucun dommage, un service à la clientèle 5 étoiles! Un merci particulier à Reekish, pour ces attentions qui nous font vous recommander chaudement. P.S. et nous sommes très satisfaits de nos électros malgré un budget assez restreint

Ils ont endommagé le frigo. Ils ont refusé de me laisser (il faisait 32C dehors) et m'en ramener un autre à une date ultérieure. J'ai fait de nombreux appels, envoyés de nombreux courriels le jour de la livraison et les jours suivants. Livreur très arrogant qui est parti sans m'avertir. Je n'ai aucun suivi concernant ma demande de remboursement malgré mes démarches.

Worst delivery experience ever! Twice had confirmed delivery dates that they failed to meet. They use a 3rd party delivery service that dictates delivery date and time, and will not accept requests for a different time slot.

CAS customer service and sales will not assist with delivery issues. As a result of such a dismal experience on the first half of my order, I cancelled the remaining appliance delivery and requested a refund. Funny thing is, they still showed up with the delivery a day later. CAS can't even properly communicate a cancellation within their own company.

CAS provides a perfect example of why people just go to the big box stores for their appliances...it's just way less hassle.

I bought a Panasonic microwave with trim kit but when I opened it the instructions were missing and the hardware that was there was in an old ziplock bag and there was clear evidence that it was opened installed and returned and don't know if there are parts missing and the trim is a lot bigger than the microwave leaving a large gap around it.
I tried to call same day but I was on hold for 40 min left a call back number but no call tried again same result. I have bought from them because it was a good price. Bottom line is if price is all u care about then buy but be aware when u walk out the door you r on your on and don't expect any customer service ever.

When I was first considering my purchase, I looked for various options and found the price offered by CAS was the lowest. I found the salesperson extremely helpful as he offered his advice based on my requirements. However, I was very disappointed when the range arrived as there were several items that needed to be attached. The worst were installing the legs as this needed two people. I am disabled and needed to hire some to assemble all the parts. The range itself has an issue as after the first use while using the appropriate cookware, there are lines like blemishes under the surface that can't be wiped away.
