Bought washer and dryer
Bought washer and dryer. Salesperson was somewhat helpful before making decision to purchase. Washer and dryer were delivered a few days later( delivery was very good). However the dryer did not heat up. When I spoke to the salesperson, there was no mention of “sorry to hear that “. Basically it was call Maytag and figure it yourself. No mention to contact customer service and report the issue. We did it all on our own! Maytag service was prompt and a very helpful technician made the repair and answered all our questions. As a matter of fact…he found a minor issue with our washer which was reported and repaired a few days later. That is customer service! I doubt very much we will make another purchase with Canadian Appliance.

NEGATIVE stars if I could
I would give NEGATIVE stars if I could. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any company.
My fridge was delivered with a broken water dispenser from day one — brand new and already defective. Instead of taking responsibility, Real Canadian Appliance immediately started giving me the runaround.
The salesperson, Sujat Khan, was very quick and eager to make the sale, but the moment there was a problem, his attitude completely changed. Every time I called, he sounded annoyed and frustrated, refused to help, and kept pushing me off to customer service like it was no longer his problem.
Customer service is an absolute joke. You get passed around, responses are slow, and nobody takes accountability. It’s clear they just want to wear you down so you give up.
Then they send technicians who are completely careless. One of them actually used a screwdriver on the fridge and scratched up the exterior of a brand new appliance. When I pointed it out, there was no real concern. On top of that, they didn’t even fix the issue because they “didn’t have the part.” So now I’m left with a damaged fridge AND the original problem still not fixed.
To make things worse, they keep pushing me to go through the manufacturer’s warranty instead of taking responsibility for selling a defective product. This is NOT acceptable for a brand new purchase.
This has wasted multiple days of my time, caused unnecessary stress for my family, and left us dealing with a broken appliance we just paid for.
Absolutely terrible service, zero accountability, and no care for customers once they have your money.
Avoid this company at all costs.

CAS is the absolute Worst!!
If I could leave zero stars I would. This company is awful! They discount the product to hook you, but their customer service, the delivery process etc is a complete disaster. I was delivered a built in fridge without the screws to hold the door, on February 20th. It is March 26 and the fridge is still not functional. There is not enough space here to go into the details of what a debacle this has been but please Don’t buy from this company. I wish I read the reviews 😕.

We pretty much knew which appliance we…
We pretty much knew which appliance we wanted before we arrived at the showroom. The salesperson was helpful, answering all of our questions. Delivery was scheduled for a few days later and followed the delivery guidelines stated by the salesperson. There were some minor issues at our end and another delivery time needed to be scheduled to complete the installation. This was done without issue. Overall a great experience with Canadian Appliance Source and everyone we dealt with.
